For several years, Ufokom has been cooperating with the young research group NOZP from Moscow. The huge amount of equipment that they have at their disposal could be the envy of an average research institute. However, until now, the group has not posted reports on their independent trips, and today, at our request, they have prepared a small material about last year's study of one strange apartment.
Despite the fact that many ordinary people imagine the work of poltergeist researchers as a kind of almost everyday battle with an aggressive otherworldly entity, in practice this translates into a scrupulous description and documentation of rare paranormal incidents in a single apartment / building. Behind this lies the installation and adjustment of video cameras, and the most careful recording of variations in the electromagnetic field in the apartment, listening and watching many hours of video recordings, typing and decoding audio recordings, etc. Even after one such trip, the entire poltergeist flair created by modern media and films in the genre "Horror" completely disappears. We honestly admit that some newcomers, who at first beat themselves in the chest and swore "ghost-resistance" that surpassed the scale to unprecedented heights, after a while ran not from ghosts.and from our persistent requests "to decipher that hour of the survey." And today we would like to briefly highlight our next typical visit not at all in order to torment some potential researcher, but only in order to demonstrate once again how this happens “in reality”.
In May 2016, the Moscow research group “NOZP” received a message about specific activity in one of the multi-storey buildings in Moscow near the Babushkinskaya metro station. The son of the late owner of an apartment in a high-rise building said the following (according to a neighbor): there is a strange noise in the apartment, similar to the slamming of doors, and from the street you can sometimes see a light burning in the living room, at a time when the apartment was empty. The son himself, whom we will call hereafter Andrey (name has been changed), said that during one of his visits to the apartment, the TV turned on in front of his eyes. When he turned it off and went into another room, the light turned on spontaneously. Andrei's father died in October 2015 and, as it turned out later, all of the above events took place within 40 days after his death.
Research
As usual, Andrei spoke about the ongoing events already when they had ended for several months. It is difficult to assert whether these events were really of some kind of paranormal nature, given that during the conversation with Andrei it was possible to establish the following. A neighbor who reported "oddities" was famous for regularly disturbing the residents of the house with reports of some "anomalies" happening next to her (and observed only by her).
One way or another, on May 8, 2016, we visited this apartment to conduct instrumental studies in order to identify possible anomalies of the electromagnetic field and fix the declared anomalous episodes on video. However, right on the doorstep a "surprise" awaited us. Upon entering the apartment, we smelled a very strong smell of alcohol and dried blood. It turned out that Andrei had not fully introduced us to the course. His father died under very unpleasant circumstances. Apparently, after drinking heavily, he cut himself with a knife. And he cut himself seriously, so that in the end everything in the apartment was covered in blood: from the bedroom, living room, corridor and toilet, to the kitchen. We do not know for what reasons Andrey delayed cleaning the premises for more than six months, but looking ahead, it should be clarified that soon after our visit,Andrei nevertheless cleaned the apartment and even made a full renovation there.

We started our research by installing a video surveillance system consisting of four wired cameras. All video surveillance systems have their disadvantages and advantages: wired ones are cumbersome, and wireless ones flood an apartment with so much parasitic radiation that any instrumental measurements in it become meaningless, besides, their range of action is often limited. At the same time, miniature cameras allow you to photograph the pranks of children (if there are any in the apartment) who do not know about their location, etc. In an amicable way, for each specific case you need its own video surveillance system, the appropriateness of which is determined by the unique conditions of the next call. And this is not some hypothetical scenario, but the reality is not today, but even yesterday. Our cameras were positioned this timeto capture the entire apartment as much as possible, with the exception of the toilet and storage room.

Having installed video surveillance, we proceeded to instrumental measurements. It was decided to start with testing a new device - an electrostatic field strength meter (ESP) ST-01 (ranges for measuring ESP strength from 0.3 to 180 kV / m, electrostatic potential - from 0.1 to 15 kV, error ± 15%). The measurements showed that throughout the apartment the ESP does not exceed the value of 20 kV / m and averages about 1.5 kV / m, which, according to GOST 12.1.045-84, is the norm and the time spent in a room with a similar value of the ESP intensity does not limited. Also, we did not find any specific centers of ESP tension.
In addition, we conducted a study using the already familiar EMR-20 certified meters with an "8C" antenna (frequency range 100 kHz – 3 GHz), ME 3951A (5 Hz – 400 kHz, error ± 2%) and DVMEMF (frequency range 300 MHz – 3 GHz). The testimony of the last two can be disregarded, since they did not show any reaction to these apartments. With the help of EMR-20, it was possible to determine that the electromagnetic background in the apartment varied from 0 to 2 V / m, which is also considered the norm. Usually, the readings in apartments located in high-rise buildings, "anthills", are much higher, but almost always remain within the normal range.

Brief conclusions
The video surveillance system was left by us in the apartment for a week. When, after the agreed time, we took the cameras away, the examined material showed that nothing strange had happened in our absence: not a single door slammed anymore, and the light did not turn on. Instrumental measurements, carried out with the involvement of a whole arsenal of meters of electrostatic and electromagnetic fields, also did not reveal any anomalies.
As a result, the initial version that the noted anomalous episodes are associated with the "strange" death of Andrei's father cannot be unambiguously verified, since the phenomena had already stopped before our arrival. Moreover, the main eyewitness (neighbor), as it turned out, was not the most reliable informant. Therefore, we came to the conclusion that in this case, nothing supernatural, most likely, happened.
However, it is worth noting that a similar case occurred in 2012 in Irkutsk, when exactly 40 days after the death of a teenager, a special signal device spontaneously rang in the apartment, which the deceased used to call his relatives during his lifetime. Just like us, the Irkutsk researchers dealt with this case after the termination of the anomalous episodes. The incident that happened in August 2016 in Minsk, which was investigated by our colleagues from Ufokom, is somewhat similar to this story. Then a man died in one of the Minsk apartments, who suddenly developed external bleeding from the organs of the genitourinary system, and the whole apartment was also covered in blood. Two weeks later, in one of the settlements of the Minsk region, something strange began to happen in the house of his wife: someone invisible was walking around the apartment, pulling the blanket off the frightened woman and even hitting her. In this case, everything stopped on the 30th day after death.
These are the "paranormal everyday life" awaiting those who decide to do research on the strange and mysterious that sometimes happens in our apartments.
