It is planned to build a bunker near Ufa in case of the Apocalypse, said Elvira Ishkinina, director of the developer company.
According to her, the installation of a shelter for 745 places 25 km from Ufa in the south-west direction will begin after the conclusion of contracts with those wishing to buy a place in it.
“When there are enough people, 200-300 people, we will draw up contracts with them, collect money and start installing the bunker,” Ishkinina said.
According to her, the underground shelter will be installed from ready-made structures in two to three weeks. The bunker includes a hospital, a dining room and different class apartments.
“A separate apartment with an area of 23 sq. M with a bathroom and a shower and a kitchen costs 1 million 730 thousand rubles, a room with an area of 14 sq. M. m - 690 thousand rubles, one bed - 125 thousand rubles, - said the interlocutor.
According to her, the bunker is designed to protect against biological attacks, natural disasters, man-made disasters, and terrorist attacks. Without contact with the outside world, people will be able to live from 9 to 12 months, Ishkinina specified.
The company guarantees buyers a place in the bunker in the event of any emergencies specified in the contract, but it is impossible to use square meters in peacetime.
In addition, the area in the bunker can be bequeathed by relatives or left to children.
