During excavations near the city of Visoko, which is located 30 km from the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a complex of five pyramids was discovered, which consist of huge stone blocks, and one of them was larger than the pyramid of Cheops in Egypt.
This sensational news shocked and divided the scientific world, for those who believe that these pyramids are man-made structures, and for those who think that they appeared in the course of natural formation.

If it is proved that these are objects of non-natural origin, then we can say with complete confidence that various civilizations existed on earth before the ice age.
But until there is hard evidence, each side considers itself to be right. At a time when there are disputes over structures in the Balkans, scientists have not yet fully revealed the secrets of other well-known and precisely man-made pyramids of Egypt, Mexico and China.

Supporters of the existence of civilizations before the ice age, claim that the pyramids could serve as a refuge for people who could live for a long time in its cavities and labyrinths. There are also more fantastic theories of alien origin.
It should be noted, no matter how many disputes about the pyramids are conducted, it is quite possible that they will survive our civilization, because only they will survive, after such a global catastrophe as a collision with a meteorite.
