Today in the article I will tell you about the Childhood 2030 project, the Russia 2045 project and the Order of the Ministry of Industry and Energy No. 311 of August 7, 2007 "On the approval of the Strategy for the development of the electronic industry in Russia for the period up to 2025", which may become the above projects.
Some of you have probably heard about these two projects. And the attitude towards them can be completely different - from a state of confidence that this is complete nonsense, to a feeling of intense anxiety for their children, relatives and friends.

I will begin this article with information about the Childhood 2030 project, which in May 2010 represented Russia in Shanghai at the Expo 2010 international exhibition as an innovative strategy for the future of Russia. The theme of the exhibition then was: "Better city - better life."

For those who are not in the know - the word "foresight" comes from the English "foresight". Translated, it means "look into the future." Today, foresight is the most effective method used to form priorities in the field of economics, science, technology and society. This concept appeared about fifty years ago. This method first appeared in a project developed by the American corporation "RAND". It was there that the tasks of identifying promising technologies in the military sphere were solved.

I also want to note that Radchenko Alina Fedorovna had experience of performing in America (well, where else, if not in her). - The children of Russia and America are threatened by the same dangers, so the publics of the two countries must unite to combat these threats.

“The experience of American civil society organizations is invaluable to us, forcing the giants of the food, tobacco and alcohol industries, and the entertainment industry to behave more responsibly in schools, playgrounds and on TV screens.
The situation, according to Alina Radchenko, is so acute that it is impossible to limit oneself to only one conference of specialists from the two countries - it is necessary to create a permanent working body that would develop "methodological recommendations on these topics for public organizations of our countries, especially in matters of law enforcement and prevention."

Once again I am convinced that the less information on the network about a person, the more interesting his biography and the affairs he is engaged in. There is very little information on the Internet about Popov Sergei Valentinovich, namely about the person responsible for the methodological management of the Childhood 2030 project.
I managed to find some information about his work activities, as well as an interview that he gave live on the radio station "Finam FM".

The only thing I agree with S. V. Popov. from this interview, it is with the fact that in our time many parents really do not want to take their children to school, as they realize that knowledge, by and large, their children will not receive there, but will receive it from tutors. And they also don’t want to give for reasons of “everyone went to school and let ours learn”.
Summing up the collected information about Sergei, we can conclude that he is also a person with an extensive resume, knowledge and connections. Is there a possibility that the ongoing projects of MMASS, which he heads, have no serious intentions - I'm afraid not.

Only thanks to the screenshot found, from the site of the Childhood 2030 project, remote everywhere from the network, it was possible to find another significant person in the creation and implementation of the project - Lebedev Vadim Evgenievich.
About this person, as well as about S. V. Popov. there is practically no information on the network. There is a VKontakte page, which can be viewed here, but there is little information there. Why do you think this strategy was created? There are assumptions that because of the big money and total control over society.

They write everything as it is, hide nothing. It's just that people don't read orders, laws, etc. And this strategy should be implemented by 2025. Very soon.
I think you have already guessed that the order of the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation of 07.08.2007 N 311 is a loophole for the Childhood 2030 project. Thus, the connecting element for its implementation. And I think that those who promote the projects "Childhood 2030" and "Russia 2045" are aware of the existence of this order.
