The need for sleep in humans is no less important than for food or water. In this state, about a third of all life passes, and without sleep, a person can die in 10-12 days. Therefore, it is in the state of sleep that all extraneous thoughts are cut off, and the brain is able to work only with the most important information.

However, some types of prophetic dreams cannot be explained from this point of view, for example, visions of future catastrophes, or events that have not yet occurred. According to his version, the entire universe is built on the basis of the fundamental laws of electromagnetic interactions. In addition, everything around is connected by the fact that it consists of a common material created at the beginning of time by the Big Bang. Therefore, everything in the world is connected with each other, which means that the human brain can receive signals about events that have not yet occurred. At the same time, a number of researchers admit the existence of a certain energy-informational field, which stores information about everything that has happened or will happen in the future.
