77-year-old Valentina Alekseevna, a resident of the village of Myt, Verkhnelandekhovsky district (Ivanovo region), told the editorial office of a local newspaper that she can see the future in a dream. But she also said that these dreams are real torment for her. To meet an amazing woman, journalist Ksenia SUSHINA went to Myt.
FOR THE FIRST TIME VALENTINA'S ABILITIES APPEARED ABOUT 40 YEARS AGO
On the outskirts of the village I was met by a nice guy - a young man who introduced himself as Ilya, and kindly agreed to show the way to the house of "Aunt Vali". A few minutes later we found ourselves at a wooden gate.

Near a small, slightly rickety house with a vegetable garden among the bushes of strawberries, I saw an elderly woman who was picking berries.
- Help. Come here, and I’ll rob here,”Valentina Alekseevna told me, stepping into the next row and giving me a plate of berries.

So we started a conversation. Valentina Alekseevna is from the Nizhny Novgorod region: she was born and raised in a small village, then worked in Ivanovo. Her entire life today takes place in Myta: here is a large farm and a house.
Valentina Alekseevna's abilities first appeared about 40 years ago - shortly before her husband's death.
- I have been seeing prophetic dreams for a long time. Well, here's how not to attach importance to them if they come true? I was 36 years old when my husband died. I had a dream shortly before he left: in the field, between the forest and the river, many members of our family walk. Moreover, most of those whom I saw had already died by that time. And they are all dressed, some in what, and Dima, my husband - in a white shirt. Suddenly my deceased mother-in-law came up to him in a dream and called for him. Dima went, despite my admonitions, - Valentina Alekseevna told me. - And now, not a month has passed since I saw this dream - my husband died. They say the truth is that you cannot follow the dead in a dream.
But the vision of the mother-in-law did not leave Valentina even after the death of her husband.
- Until my husband's 40th day, I saw her again. I dreamed of her in the dress in which she died, near our house. I went to the fence and asked: "Mom, do you know that Dima is dead?" She replied, "Of course I know." I leaned against the gate and cried. She came closer to me and said: "Don't cry, you also have a little left." And she said: to stay alive, within a year from the day of my husband's death, I must erect a monument to him, - recalls Valentina Alekseevna.
I WAS AFRAID THAT HUSBAND AND THE MOTHER-IN-LIGHT WILL TAKE ME
But there was no money for a good gravestone for the deceased spouse.
“At that time, when I was alone with my two children, I worked at a furniture factory in Ivanovo,” Valentina Alekseevna told me. - I saved up, pored over money - only so that the children had everything, so that the monument would stand by one day. At work, our floors were covered with marble chips - in all workshops. Several times I scooped up a handful of crumbs straight from the floor and put them in a plastic bag to refine the grave. I wanted to live, for my children and for myself - I was afraid that my husband and mother-in-law would "take" me. Barely, barely in time. And now, she's alive, as you see. Then I realized that the dead had released me. And I also learned that if you remember the dead in time, they don't dream.
This is how the simple woman Valentina lived and worked, her children grew up, and then grandchildren appeared. Later - seven great-grandchildren.
- All this time, I dreamed of different things: once I saw a woman, she showed me her sick legs, I woke up with the feeling that I knew exactly who she was, although I had not seen her before. She ran to her neighbor: "You have relatives, her legs are rotting, she needs help!" The neighbor goggled his eyes and asked how I knew about his sister. I told him that I dreamed about her, but he apparently did not believe it. They often relate to my stories, many do not believe,”Valentina Alekseevna complained to me.
A WOMAN Saw a Thing Dream about Death in 1984
After picking up strawberries, we went to the house.
In the house where Valentina Alekseevna lives, there are no esoteric paraphernalia or shelves with dream books. The woman says that knowledge is revealed to her by itself.
- I open my eyes and understand that I am no longer sleeping, and that in a dream this or that person spoke to me. It also happened that in a dream I "met" those with whom I later met in reality. For me, this is already something commonplace, I don't see a big problem to approach a person and say: “But I know you, your name is Sveta,” the woman says.
In 1984, on the eve of the famous Ivanovo tornado, Valentina Alekseevna had a strange dream.
- Above Glinishchevo, where we lived then, I saw a black sky. I just couldn't understand what it was for. Then, when everything started on June 9, a neighbor told me: “Look, Valya! Like the sky became clouded, "- and from the side of the river I saw a" funnel "of dust, then everything was clouded with dust, a very strong wind rose, - my interlocutor told me.
MAYBE MY SON HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO MY ABILITIES?
In October 2013, Valentina's son died.
- Until that time, I lived for about a month, as if in oblivion: all the time I was waiting for trouble. Although there were no dreams, and the whole family seemed to be fine. Suddenly, he developed severe bronchopulmonary disease and died. Later, my daughter-in-law told me that her son told her literally a week before his death: “Lyuba, I won't live to see my birthday,” Valentina Alekseevna told me. - I don’t know, maybe my abilities were passed on to my son? But I don't dream of him. There is no need. I remember him regularly - so that everything would be good for him “there”.
During our conversation, a neighbor came to Valentina Alekseevna. The woman asked if she should water the vegetables today.

When the woman left, Valentina Alekseevna explained:
- Over time, I developed a hypersensitivity to the weather, so I say almost unmistakably - when and where it will rain, when the sun comes out.
The reason for this is pains in the heart and blood vessels, which Valentina managed to cure using an old family recipe.
- The doctor told me when I was in a serious condition in the hospital: “I did everything, if you want - live, if you want - not!” - the woman recalls. - I had a cardiovascular pathology, which could only be cured with drugs. Together with the doctor's prescriptions, I took a tincture according to an old village recipe: we take honey by eye, 0.5 liters of vodka, agave, garlic and a couple of lemons. Press the juice from the agave, garlic and lemons. We insist all this in a dry, cold place until a tea-cognac shade appears and drink 25 ml per day without diluting. I ate this infusion with nutria fat.

For example, if someone dreams that he was filled with something heavy or he was wounded in the chest, then in reality the person is very likely to develop heart disease; an impending lung disease may be indicated by a dream in which a person, for any reason, has difficulty breathing.
Dreamed tight hats, torn hats, and unnatural hairstyles speak of sclerotic changes in the brain. Before the occurrence of any cold, a person may dream that he is washing or drowning in cold water.
