Atakan stone
Urban legends go about him. It is believed that he is a guide to another world. It is said that this stone is an altar. A great many people were executed on it in the pre-Petrine era. Then the women of the local tribes prayed to the river to take the insatiable boulder. And the water heeded the desires of despair: the rock went deep.
According to legend, Atakan was found during the construction of St. Petersburg. He was not used in the construction, he just interfered with the workers. Why, in fact, he was overthrown again into the Neva near the Liteiny Bridge. From that moment on, mystical affairs began in the area.
