An elderly couple from the British village of Wilsthorpe, located on the sea coast of East Yorkshire, said that they had witnessed the phenomenal appearance of 30-40 UFOs over the sea.

In his new book, paranormal researcher Paul Sinclair talks about the details of the Wilsthorpe incident on the night of September 14, 2009, which triggered the deployment of a major military operation and was named the British Roswell.

Around 11 pm, an elderly couple living in a 30-apartment building overlooking the beach was about to go to bed. The woman turned off the lamp and saw a light on the street. She opened the front door and was shocked to see many shining UFOs. According to her description, a huge ship in the form of a boomerang with rounded ends hung over the seething sea, under which there were 4 and 2 meter objects in circles.

“It looked like a blue and white Christmas tree. They were silent, but the sea was full of electricity,”said her husband, 80-year-old Ron, who was so scared that he returned to bed ten minutes later and tucked his head under the pillow.

But the woman was not afraid. She realized that she would never see life in anything like that, and stood at the doorstep for about an hour and a half, until the objects in pairs began to "leave the circle at an angle of 45 degrees, and when there were only two of them, they flew straight up ".

The next day, the beach near a small village was filled with soldiers disembarking from two heavy Chinook helicopters.

While investigating the case, Paul Sinclair learned from the owner of a fish shop in Bridlington Harbor that two fishermen had told of a "triangular ship" that rose from the sea near Wilsthorpe Beach on the same day the coast was closed by the military.

When Paul asked about the reasons for the military operation on September 15, 2009, the UK Department of Defense got off with a formal reply about "routine military exercises to improve the country's defense", during which "no ammunition was used."

Realizing that the truth could not be reached, Sinclair began to study the reports of the boats of the Coast Guard. Eventually, he found that there were many low-altitude military aircraft recorded over the 40-kilometer coast of East and North Yorkshire from May to September 2009, and suggested that this could be due to the high level of UFO activity in the area.

“That doesn't prove the presence of a UFO yet, but I think the military was fussing over the objects,” Paul said. - Apart from the testimony of an elderly couple and two fishermen, there is no other evidence that UFOs were over the sea in September 2009. All I can do is collect all the pros and cons from different sides."
