A resident of Ozersk (Chelyabinsk region) dreamed of her late husband. She considered that he locked himself in the apartment and called rescuers.
On September 14, the unified dispatching service of the Ozersk urban district received a call from the ATC officer on duty with a request to assist in opening the apartment. An elderly woman contacted the police, saying that her husband locked himself in the apartment and did not open the door, did not answer the knock.
It seems to be a typical situation: a pensioner locked himself at home and does not let his wife into the apartment. Either he sleeps, or he doesn't hear, maybe he felt bad. A duty shift of rescuers urgently left for the place of the call.
On the spot, it turned out that the woman dreamed of her late husband, who had died seven years ago. The woman standing at the locked door was described as "in an inadequate state."
“The door was opened, but there was no one inside the apartment. The elderly woman then explained that she had seen the ghost of her husband. He passed away seven years ago,”the emergency department said.
After this incident, the rescue service was reminded that elderly people with diseases should not be left unattended.
