“You and Tim Duncan met the ghosts in Oklahoma City hotels. Is this the weirdest moment in an important life?
- Certainly. I did not see the ghost itself, but … In short, it was so. After the game, I went to my room. And then I hear as if someone is inside: as if there is a child, he does not cry, but makes sounds, and the TV seems to be on. In addition, the key did not work for me. And it’s not that it didn’t work - it was just given to me. I couldn't open the door. And so I listen to these sounds, and just then Tim comes to his room: “TD, do you hear? What is going on?" He came up, listened, said: "Yes, there is something there." We both heard the same thing.
In general, everything is somehow strange, there is also a key. I went downstairs, went to the receptionist and said: “The key does not work for me. I also think the cleaning lady left the TV on. " They tell me: "No, this is impossible." He called the room, but no one answered. And then I noticed he had such an expression of fright on his face - "You know what, let me choose another number for you." We both got goosebumps.
This hotel is known for similar stories. I stayed there a couple of times when I was still playing college. My partners woke up to hear the children play in the hallway, open the door - and there was no one there. Haunted hotel.
A very strange experience. I definitely felt that something was happening on the other side of the door. And it would not let me inside.

“No, I don’t mess with things like that. I was given a new key, a new number, and thank goodness. I didn't ask questions.
