In Great Britain, sometimes called the "land of ghosts" in tourist guides, the mysterious appearances and sudden disappearances of phantoms are taken quite seriously. So, even to the study of "ghostology" do not experience the usual skepticism for other Europeans.
In any case, it is here that the "Ghostbusters" company exists, equipped with the most unique equipment for detecting ghosts: a temperature sensor (when a phantom appears in its immediate vicinity, a decrease in temperature by 8-10 degrees Celsius is observed), a supersensitive photographic film that fixes objects in an invisible to the human eye, parts of the spectrum are in ultraviolet and infrared waves.
For the sake of fairness, it should be noted that at the end of the last century, there were a lot of photos with "ghosts" all over the world, however, today almost all of them are recognized as a skillfully made fake. But more recently, in a Detroit hospital, one of the doctors, who was filming a complex cardiological operation for coronary artery bypass grafting, managed to photograph a strange, indistinguishable figure with a semblance of a face covered by a mask above the body. The entire medical team saw this disembodied creature for 15-20 seconds. Then the translucent figure disappeared (all this was recorded on the film), and the patient's heart stopped. Researchers believe that this is not a hallucination (and it is difficult to imagine how the same hallucinations could be visited by several people at once), but some kind of unexplored reality, a kind of energy. And the medical team present at the operation is sure that they saw the patient's soul that left his body at the time of death. Another British ghost scientist, Underwood, believes that under tragic circumstances people become so sensitive that they acquire the ability to influence the energy-information field, as a result of which a persistent imprint of a particular person appears in the information field.
This explains both crisis and dying visions, which appear in the guise of ghosts of loved ones. There are many testimonies of people, moreover, absolutely healthy, devoid of the so-called psychic abilities, who clearly saw the phantom of a relative, as if from flesh and blood, suddenly appeared and immediately disappeared, so that the operated person immediately became clear about the immaterial nature of the vision. Later, the news of the death of this man came.
Again, there are so many testimonies of people who saw the appearance of ghosts during (or even before) tragic disasters. In 1937, the Hindenburg airship exploded, killing 36 people. The surviving passengers, as well as those who were near the disaster, independently claimed that they saw several dozen ghostly figures surrounding the airship a minute before the explosion.
For those who believe in ghosts and are afraid of meeting them, we add that, according to Peter Underwood, genuine encounters with ghosts occur much less frequently than many believe. History does not know a single case when a person suffered from contact with a ghost.
