The meaning of all the prophecies boils down to the fact that in 2016-2017 Russia will be on the brink of revolution, because in connection with the mediocre policy of the Russian leadership, the Russian economy will collapse, and the people will be sharply impoverished. The first symptoms can be seen right now. There will be mass rallies associated with demands for Putin's departure from the presidency. The people will have a choice: either a revolution with the inevitable horrors of a long civil war, or the Tsar. If Putin peacefully hands over power to the Tsar, then there will be no civil war. And this will save Russia.
But there is another problem. It is unlikely that the world government will put up with the arrival of the Russian Tsar. Putin, who faithfully served the interests of oligarchic (i.e., Western) capital and was a fanatical champion of Western liberal ideology, fully suited the West, despite external criticism directed at him. It is quite logical that, taking advantage of the difficult internal situation in Russia, in the fall of 2017 the West will unleash a third world war, which, as indicated in the prophecies, will last three and a half years and will end in February-March 2021. If by the spring of 2017 there is a Tsar in Russia, then we will survive. If there is no Tsar, there will be a revolution and a civil war, and then a third world war (after all, the West does not need any Russia, neither communist nor liberal). Almost no one will be able to survive in this massacre.
Both the prophets of the past and modern forecasters warn that Russia and the World have a chance to survive only if there is a Tsar in Russia in 2017 !!! Any other outcome means death, both for Russia and for the rest of the World. In 2016 - 2017, it will be decided whether the Tsar will be in Russia, and whether Russia will exist at all. The choice will have to be made by each of us.
