This week, NASA staff unveiled the fantastically Mars Hill Ireson to the public. Its image was created based on more than forty photographs taken by the Curiosity rover in February this year.
What is so remarkable about this hill? First, its unusual shape for Mars, as well as its two-color structure, is surprising. According to experts, Ireson is a small hill, no more than five meters in height and fifteen in diameter at the base. Secondly, it remains a mystery to scientists how it was formed. Virtual archaeologists and ufologists, of course, put forward a theory about its artificial origin.
NASA scientists do not refute any theories, but they do not put forward their own either. The object, as it seems, is on display in order for everyone to determine for themselves what it is and why? However, progressive researchers and conspiracy theorists were immediately alerted by such a step on the part of NASA - it is obvious that it was made for a reason. Or is there something behind this, they assume, or is the American agency again taking us away from the pressing problems that, against the background of this upsurge, remain unnoticed?
Much more interesting, write ufologists, two strange objects found not so long ago in Google Maps, one domed, the second pyramidal. Moreover, they are located one hundred and fifty meters from each other.
The dome (or sphere) is about fifteen meters high and the base of the pyramid reaches thirty-seven meters. What is it? Such objects, write virtual archaeologists, are much more interesting than Ireson Hill, however, it turns out that the Curiosity rover is not allowed to approach them, although, most likely, the survey data of such mysterious objects on Mars simply do not show the general public - that's all.
A funny picture is obtained, the conspiracy theorists write, an expensive Martian project using NASA rovers is aimed at anything (determining the composition of the atmosphere, the soil of the Red Planet, the presence of water on it, and so on), but when the rovers are faced with the presence of clearly intelligent life on Mars, there is zero at once interest from space agency staff.
