On Tuesday, November 1, one of the users of the Typical Kotelnich community posted a footage from a street camera filmed a week ago in the village of Leninskaya Iskra, Kotelnichsky district.
On the black-and-white recording of the camcorder, movements made by an unknown object are clearly visible. In the comments below the post, many users argued that the subject in the frame strongly resembles a ghost.

We asked the Kirov ufologist Yuri Kalinogorskiy what was happening.
It is unlikely that we can talk about a ghost. I am sure that what we see here is an insect crawling on the glass of the camera lens, the ufologist commented on the video.
