For a long time there has been a debate about how life, and the whole universe, came into being. Those who believe in God have their own categorical answer to this. But there is also research that suggests the possibility of higher beings responsible for the existence of humanity.
1. The universe should not exist
The existence of the universe is a mistake
According to some studies, the universe shouldn't have survived for more than one second. For example, in the course of the Big Bang, the same amount of matter and antimatter should have been formed, which would annihilate each other. Instead, much more normal matter was formed, creating the entire observable universe. Scientists still cannot conclusively explain this.
Another theory is that the universe is in the Higgs field, which gives particles their mass. A large energy field stops our Universe from "falling" into a state in which it could not exist. However, if the Standard Model of Physics is correct, the rapid expansion of the universe immediately after the Big Bang should have disturbed the stability of this field.

The theoretical impossibility of life on Earth is also mind-bogglingly high. The galaxy cannot exist without dark matter and dark energy. The earth had to be at the right distance from the sun. At the same time, a planet the size of Jupiter must exist in the system, which will "pull" large asteroids and comets onto itself so that they do not crash into the Earth's surface. There are many such conditions and the chance that all coincide by chance is very low.
2. Seed of life
According to the theory of panspermia developed by Francis Crick, life arose elsewhere and was sent to Earth by advanced beings. The early theory of panspermia suggested that life was brought to our planet by an asteroid or comet.
In July 2013, astrobiologist Milton Wainwright announced that he had found the real "seed of life." After launching a weather balloon over England, it captured a metal ball the width of a lock of hair. Its titanium and vanadium case allegedly contained a sticky biological fluid. Many scholars are skeptical about his claim.
3. Biological search for extraterrestrial life
Humans are "made up" of approximately 22,000 genes, or only 3 percent of the human genome. The remaining 97 percent of genes are "junk DNA" that can contain a coded message or a "creator's mark" if life originated elsewhere or was created by a higher being.
In 2013, two researchers from Kazakhstan stated that they had found an ordered sequence of symbolic language in human junk DNA that could not have happened naturally. However, many critics refute their hypothesis.
4. Cosmic rays
In 2003, the philosopher Nick Bostrom suggested that the universe is a computer model, a theory later supported by Elon Musk and Neil de Grasse Tyson. If this is true, then some higher beings should have built this model. Also, the universe cannot be infinite, since all computers have limits.
Some researchers believe that humans can discover this computer model if they can find the limits of the universe. To test this, German researchers built a simulation of the universe on a quantum computer. Basically, the experiment concerned cosmic rays, which are fragments of atoms arriving from outside the solar system.
Cosmic rays lose energy over distance traveled. When they reach Earth, they always have the same amount of energy (maximum 10 electron volts). This suggests that all cosmic rays have the same starting point - in the case of an experiment, this is the lattice of a quantum computer, and in the case of the Universe, the same thing, only on a large scale.

In 2015, researchers at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics suggested that life could spread through panspermia and move from star to star. A similar model also suggests that life can spread like an epidemic. Scientists have tested two possibilities for bringing life to Earth: through asteroids and intelligent beings. The result was that both options were possible and, in principle, followed the same pattern. If the theory is correct, then this study also indicates that life exists elsewhere in the galaxy.

According to theoretical physicist John D. Barrow, the universe is a model because it contains many errors and inconsistencies. Barrow believes that even advanced civilizations did not have a complete knowledge of the laws of nature. Therefore, noticeable disruptions in the matrix are clearly observed, such as changes in physical constants.
In 2001, Australian researchers found evidence that the speed of light has been slowing down over the past billions of years, even if it contradicts general relativity. Despite this, no one still knows why the current physical constants remain constant. But they are critical to the existence of our universe. Some scientists believe that physical constants are evidence that the universe was specially "tuned" for life to exist in it.
7. Godel's ontological proof
In the 1940s, physicist Kurt Gödel tried to prove the existence of God in mathematical ways. It was based on the arguments of Saint Anselm of Canterbury:
- There is a great being called God, and it is impossible to imagine anything better than God.
- God exists as an idea in the mind.
- All other things being equal, a being that exists in both mind and reality is better than a being that exists only in the mind.
- Therefore, if God exists only in the mind, then it is quite possible that people can imagine a better being that exists in reality.

Using modal logic and the theory of parallel universes, Gödel argued that an omnipotent being exists (if it really exists) in at least one parallel universe. What is real?
A computer game is real only when a person looks at it. Otherwise, it can be assumed that it does not exist. Reality is like this because some aspects only exist when people look at them.
This mysterious phenomenon is based on quantum mechanics. Elementary objects, as a rule, are either waves or particle-like solid objects. Very rarely, they can exist in both forms. Some examples of this are light and objects, which have a mass similar to electrons.
By themselves, they exist in a dual state. But when measured, they "decide" whether to become a wave or a solid object. These fundamentals of our reality are dormant until people look at them, which is not very different from the simulated world of a computer game.
9. Holographic principle

In 1997, theoretical physicist Juan Maldacena suggested that our universe is a two-dimensional hologram that humans simply perceive in three dimensions. Tiny strings called gravitons vibrate to create this holographic universe.
If this theory is correct, it would help resolve some of the differences between quantum mechanics and Einstein's theory of gravity. Several studies show that a 2-D universe is possible. Japanese researchers calculated the internal energy of a black hole, the position of the event horizon, and other properties in the 3-D world, and then recalculated them for a 2-D world where there is no gravity. The calculations completely matched.
