Michael Masters argues that UFOs are not piloted by aliens, but by humans from our future.

The idea itself is far from new, but a professor of biological anthropology at Montana Technological University is trying to prove it in his new book, drawing on his experience in anthropology and logic.

Michael Masters writes:

His conclusions lead to the following conclusion: if future scientists could go back in time, it would be difficult for them to miss the opportunity to see what today's people were, and not try to learn from ancient relics.

Masters believes that through a comprehensive analysis of long-term biocultural changes throughout human evolution - as well as recent advances in our understanding of time and time travel - we can begin to view this future possibility in the context of a currently unexplained phenomenon.

The alleged reports of encounters with UFO crews or their abductions, Masters believes, can be explained simply: they are probably future anthropologists, historians, linguists who return to obtain information in a way that is currently not available to us. Masters notes that stories of close encounters usually describe UFO inhabitants as bipedal, hairless, humanoid creatures with large brains, large eyes, small noses, and small mouths. In addition, it is often said that these creatures have the ability to communicate with us in our own languages and have technology far beyond our reach, but clearly built on today's technological prowess.

And not only scientists, according to Masters, can visit us - he believes that time travel could also become a big tourism industry in the future:

Masters writes that this is a simple explanation why UFOs are seen so often near ancient monuments that are considered the most popular tourist sites: the pyramids of Giza and Machu Picchu in Peru.

The professor cannot be denied logic: indeed, such an interest can be expected faster from our own descendants than from representatives of an immeasurably distant and alien civilization.
