I almost completely agree with this. With one exception: dialogue is essential. Because the institution of Christianity permeates our entire life, one might say, has left its mark on the entire Western civilization, to which we, unfortunately, have to relate ourselves to a large extent.
Therefore, the question should be posed as follows: is this influence, is it beneficial or not? And as when considering any complex phenomenon, let's not rush to a definite answer. Because there is both good and bad. The only question is their ratio.
So, is Christianity in Russia a blessing or not quite? We will not go into the rather controversial history of its implementation on our land - we will save spears for battles with a more serious opponent. But we can reliably look at the texts and rituals of Christianity themselves in order to make some kind of judgment.
In addition, practice is undoubtedly the most important criterion. All the same historical practice. What has Christianity given to the light? Or was it itself a light for the peoples?

I myself am a believer; once realized that life without faith is incomplete. Not in the sense that it takes an object to adore, of course not. And in the understanding that besides the physical body, besides the known material world, there is something else that is not yet cognizable or at all. Take just one single fact: our very existence!
Really blunt atoms once combined, by themselves, that everything that surrounds us appeared ??! And why are the basic cosmological constants exactly what protects our planet from the effects of at least hard radiation? From temperature changes? Indeed, for Space, plus or minus 20-30 ° is a trifle, no one will even notice! And how would we, humans, survive if the temperature on the planet increased by the same twenty on average?

We are Russian people. We have our own ancient language, the richest treasury of the wisest oral folk art. Why should we worship foreign idols ??? Why are we required to forget our language and use a vocabulary that is completely alien to a normal Russian person? His main argument is: how does a person know what is good and what is bad? For to deny the Creator's foresight is to admit its limitations. But taking a look at the most complex world that surrounds us, looking at the night sky and imagining the inconceivability of the Cosmos, where everything works harmoniously like clockwork, it is simply impossible to believe in the limitations of the Creator.
This means that there is a built-in mechanism of Discrimination in a person, in everyone. Russian people, again without any bibles, know what it is and how it is called. Conscience. Whose voice can be drowned out, but which can not be completely eliminated. Therefore, the rabbi is disingenuous.
And not just a rabbi. All professional intermediaries of a person with the Almighty are cunning. At least those that work for a fee. And rabbis, and priests, and mullahs and other preachers. A real Teacher will not pull you into a temple to get into your pocket.
What are synagogues, mosques, churches for? To manage the community for the benefit of the corporation concerned. In this blog, I often denounce Judaism, its misanthropic ideology, the task of the leadership of whose adherents is to enslave the whole world.
Christianity in this sense is less militant, and Orthodoxy is even less. The latter is a pale reflection of Judaism. With a similar organizational structure. In our turbulent times, the remnants of Christianity still play a positive role in upholding the traditional family. This is a plus for the churchmen. In addition, churches still make people think about Good and Evil. And even if some recipes of the same Orthodoxy are disgusting (slave, obey, turn your cheek), nevertheless, the very posing of the question of the need for Discrimination encourages a person to listen to the voice of conscience.
Finally, one cannot fail to note the selfless work of the majority of ordinary priests. People who, unlike the top of the ROC corporation, are close to the people and live by their aspirations. Such people certainly command respect, but … with a touch of compassion. Because these ordinary priests, responding to the spiritual call, are simply placed in such conditions when, in order to teach the flock what is good and kind, they had to fit into the Jewish matrix.
