The followers of the movement of raelism have once again turned to the United Nations with a request to hold an international conference on the possibility of creating an embassy on Earth for representatives of an alien civilization. Members of this cult believe that life on our "blue ball" was created by aliens, and they will certainly come out in the future to open contact with humanity. And the UN, they say, must certainly contribute to this.

Raelism, considered a UFO religion, was founded in 1973 by the French journalist Claude Vorilon after he, presumably, personally encountered the "green men" who revealed to him the secret of the origin of life on Earth. Today this movement is represented in 90 countries of the world. Its adherents have certain finances, thanks to which, among other things, they sponsor various scientific research in this direction.

These people believe that potential diplomatic relations between earthlings and aliens are incredibly important, and humanity must think about them now. According to the Raelites themselves, several countries have expressed interest in opening an embassy for aliens. Say, many politicians abandon the old-fashioned belief that the "little green men" want to harm us (and even more so that they do not exist at all), and look at a hypothetical meeting with aliens optimistically.
