Today I am 63 years old, I have changed outwardly, but internally I have remained the same citizen of the USSR, with a fully formed opinion of my own, in particular about you - the officials of Russia. Without exception, all mayors, governors, acting, acting, swing, assistants of all our cities, towns and villages, in all regions, as well as about the deputies. How many times have I knocked on your doors, asked for protection and understanding, help, and you looked at me like a woman with a tail, like a curiosity: “Oh! She came… wants something…”- and they let go with God. You are not interested in me, there is no monetary benefit from me.
In just 29 years of our new history, you destroyed my country, which I love, by your defective laws, calculated so that you yourself, in the first place, could not comply with them. Do not you love, but I and millions more of the same ordinary, just ordinary citizens like me.
You have divided our country into "us" and "you". We live in different countries, have you noticed? Yours is well-fed, rich, arrogant, rabid with impunity and shameless.
In ours, for a can of sprat stolen from a store, they are imprisoned, but scum, sadists and knackers are not imprisoned. The governor of the Irkutsk region, who woke up a bear in the taiga in order to kill him and filmed it all on video, smiling happily, wounded the hearts of people and made people cry, experience mental suffering with his cruelty, still lives happily in his cottage. From my point of view, a person from the USSR, this governor is a degenerate from human society. He has no place among people. He is an inhuman !!! There is money - obey the law, no money - don't obey. Each of our regions has its own vision of shelters - some have warm rooms, a veterinary office, caring staff and areas for walking, and some have an industrial zone fence behind which animals disappear. The vision of shelters cannot be individual, it must be federal.

Go to any region of Russia to choose from. This barbarism and sadism are everywhere. They are rescued only by volunteers and caring residents.
It is your responsibility to request and publish all reports of all shelters. Otherwise, this is just a knacker pit where you pour our money. And it's not about money, but about the fact that we do not want to be participants in the genocide of animals.
Our country is a huge concentration camp for animals. This is a huge slaughterhouse legalized by you. And all of you are its ideologists and initiators.
