The video below the cut has sparked intense speculation that there may be a secret colony of aliens on the moon.
The footage uploaded to YouTube has been hailed as proof of a long-running conspiracy theory that there are buildings on the moon that could be built by aliens or be a secret NASA base.
Most videos or images put forward in the past as evidence of conspiracy theories showed blurry white objects, many of which were just rock formations.
However, the new footage claims to have some of the brightest, clearest images of structures on the moon.
The clip shows the lander approaching the lunar surface at a slow speed.
The famous lunar craters are in focus of the camera.
But now a mysterious, L-shaped structure enters the lens, and these frames immediately sparked numerous versions of the conspiracy theory of alien colonies in space.
The clip was published on December 29 last year on the YouTube channel "UFOmania - really there" and has already managed to gain thousands of views.

Some viewers were confused by the video, with one YouTube post: "Nice find, well done."
Although many other viewers perceived the video as a fake.
One posted: "There is no shadow in your so-called structures."
Another added, "Can you provide some proof of the authenticity of the footage?"
Another user added, “If you pause this video at 12:55 am and look at the lower right side, you can clearly see the Pyramid. Can anyone else see him?"
While one simply asks: "Who was above this craft?"
Express.co.uk featured a video for the debunker Scott Brando, who launches ufoofinterest.org.
He said it was a pure fake and was created on the original NASA image with no L-shaped object and no lander in the frame.
