There are well-founded assumptions that the archives of the US and Russian navies contain many reports of observations of underwater objects, primarily, naturally, of each other's submarines. But not only. Unknown flying objects that appear from under the water or vice versa enter it, the same is apparently well documented.

The famous American paranormal researcher, as well as the popular journalist Ivan Sanderson, who for many years researched the archives of the US Navy, put forward a hypothesis about the existence of a highly developed underwater civilization of extraterrestrial origin on our planet. According to Russian data, UFOs are quite often present during exercises of the ocean-going fleets of Russia or NATO. They also visit with enviable regularity in the Bahamas and Bermuda, Puerto Rico as well as on the east coast of America. It is here, according to many ufologists, that their underwater bases are located.

In the 1970s, the US Navy tested deep-sea communications equipment. There was a ship in the Atlantic, receiving test signals from the coast. Suddenly, similar signals were sent to the transmitting station, in a modified form.
The source of the signals was found. At a depth of 8 kilometers. In those days, the transmitted information could not be deciphered. The attempt was repeated, already in our advanced time, using Pentagon computers. It is quite natural that everything is shrouded in darkness, no statements were made, the results can only be guessed at.
Around the same time, a Russian nuclear submarine was heading for Bermuda. The crew on this trip noted many different kinds of "unusual things": the navigation devices stopped working, and the interference on them was clearly artificial, and the Americans had nothing to do with it.
Sonars have repeatedly recorded the movement of material objects at incredible speed. About 230 knots, that is about 400 km / h. Agree that such a result is rather difficult to achieve even on land. High-speed trains are the only thing that comes to mind. If the divers were not mistaken, and what reason not to believe them, then someone, most likely, is "a little" ahead of us in technology.
Pacific Ocean
In 1972, sailors from a Russian cruiser observed an object that was completely incomprehensible to them in the Kuril Islands area, which flew over the ship for some time, and then suddenly, literally like a stone, fell into the ocean. The anomaly looked like a sphere, but before immersed in water it took the shape of a cone. The most amazing thing about this is that the cone did not cause splashing at all when it went under the water.
There are fairly reliable stories of Russian sailors that during exercises in the far reaches of the Pacific Ocean, they many times observed a certain object, cigar-shaped, from which small spheres flew out, and immediately dived into the depths. After some time, they returned to the mother ship. Naturally, no one really talked about this, and it seems quite clear why.
Black Sea
In 1966, the Soviet fleet conducted extensive exercises in the Black Sea. But it was smooth on paper. And the probable enemy had nothing to do with it. The command was forced to stop maneuvers due to the appearance of a large number of spherical and cigar-shaped objects in the area of the grouping of ships. They moved rather chaotically, at high altitudes, but they were still perfectly visible even with the naked eye. One of them descended to the surface of the sea, and rushed over it with incredible speed went under the water, and never appeared.
Baikal
Baikal is a beautiful place on the face of our planet, and from a ufological point of view, it is very impressive. At great depths, sailors often see various flashes, similar to electric welding, as well as unknown objects flying out of the water in the form of luminous spheres and silvery cigar-shaped objects.
An amazing story happened in the summer of 1982 with a group of military scuba divers who dived into the lake. During this, they encountered unknown swimmers, in silver suits, very similar to people, except for their unusual height, three meters. They did not have any scuba diving equipment, in our understanding, for a depth of 50 meters. Except for the head, opaque spherical helmets.
The sailors' attempt to catch unknown divers ended tragically. Of the group of seven people who tried to do this through a fishing net, three died, and the rest were left disabled.
These are the interesting stories I dare to think. Probably, after all, we are not alone on our planet. Someone unknown seems to be here, or has always been and did not go anywhere. I would like to believe that someday we will find out everything, and all the dots over the "i" will be placed.
