After participating in the International Forum "Volunteer of Russia 2017", which was already reported by the news agency "New City", Tagil activists, having met colleagues from Perm and other regions and countries, took the opportunity to travel to interesting and unique places in the Perm Territory.
“One of them,” says Andrey Volegov on his Facebook, “is the Perm Triangle, where in the 80s and 90s lovers of anomalous phenomena, ufologists, scientists and others gathered to see something unearthly here. And then one of the late evenings, we, moving along the mountain roads in a Russian UAZ, stopped, one might say, on the "observation deck", at the hill and this is what we saw:

Moreover, the locals in this place have seen this not for the first time and have repeatedly hit a point on the map and drove out to the place viewed from this "observation deck", but they did not find anything there, except for a huge bright spot in the sky above them.
