Video: 25 Meanings Of Common NIGHTMARES You Should Be Aware Of 2024, May
Anonim

Did you have a bad dream? This is not a reason to panic! Even more, the nightmare can be turned to your advantage.

Where do nightmares come from? Many, following the occult, like to talk about infernal entities that penetrate the consciousness of a sleeping person and parasitize on him, drink his juices, and doom him to an unhappy fate. This statement overly exaggerates and puts us in the position of a victim. After all, the main thing when faced with a nightmare is to behave in the same way as when meeting a wild beast - not to show fear.

Open biofield door

From a bioenergetic point of view, we are indeed extremely vulnerable during sleep. Any negative energy that would not harm us in a waking state can pretty much disturb us when our consciousness is turned off. Sleep is a kind of open door for energies, both positive and negative.

There is some truth in the statement about "parasitism". Negative emotions experienced during a nightmare - fear, disgust - are very strong, they take away our vital energy, pretty much undermine (but do not destroy!) The energy of our biofield.

As a result, our defenses weaken, which is why we can get sick, but only if there are concomitant circumstances such as a draft or a flu epidemic. We can also get a strong emotional shock - it is often interpreted as a "curse" or "damage". Of course, our fate does not receive any blow, the whole point is in the weakened energy.

Circulation of energy

You can quickly restore the energy affected by the nightmare without much effort: morning exercises, jogging, light breakfast, talking with a pleasant person on an interesting topic - and by lunchtime it is almost completely put in order.

Another question, where does the negative energy that brings bad dreams come from? Most of it is still hidden inside, i.e. In ourselves. Unpleasant events during the day, stress, overwork, an unloved occupation, communication with people who do not like, health problems - all this gives energy a negative meaning, and the subconscious mind perceives and at night displays it in its own way: a nightmare comes.

Our energetics can “get hit” outside: the place to rest is not in order or is chosen unsuccessfully, some negative event happened nearby (for example, the neighbors behind the wall made a scandal), and it generated energy currents with a negative sign. We have no power over them. However, you can resist them.

Cleanliness is the key to health

Disorder, dirt, chaos like a magnet attract negative energy. For a restful sleep, it is necessary to keep the space clean, to keep the place of residence and especially the resting place in order.

If you are not lucky with the energy of the place (this is indicated by the recurring plot of nightmares that are dreamed at regular intervals), to normalize sleep, it is enough to go to sleep in another room or just move the bed. Healthy energy will be if you sleep with your head to the north or east, but in no case to the west.

And in order to nullify the invasion of negative energy from the outside, it is necessary to get rid of reflective surfaces in the room in which you sleep: curtain the windows with thick curtains, it is better not to put a mirror in the bedroom at all, in extreme cases, cover it with a thick cloth at night.

It is also necessary to keep the body clean: wash 1-1, 5 hours before bedtime, eat at the latest 3 hours before bedtime, ventilate the room. Do not forget about the purity of consciousness: avoid negative thoughts before bedtime, do not remember bad events. You can light incense and play relaxing music.

Cleansing effect

Despite the inflicted loss of strength, the nightmare at the same time fulfills a positive function: with its help we throw out various negative emotions that have accumulated inside us, be it anger, irritation, longing and even grief. A terrible dream restores our mental balance. It was not for nothing that the belief was widespread among the Jews that terrible dreams were dreamed of future luck. In addition, the experienced nightmare can give us the experience of dealing with problems that we avoid in real life, blocking them in our minds, be it health problems or in relationships. After all, they will not go anywhere, sooner or later we will be faced with the need to resolve them.

Do not be afraid to remember your nightmares in reality, play them in your head, but not with the aim of understanding what they mean, but with the aim of deliberately getting out of the nightmare: neutralizing the pursuer or even a monster, running away from the elements, saving your loved ones, etc.

The more vividly you imagine such "work on mistakes", the more effect it will have - the nightmares will cease to bother you. In addition, this practice will develop the skill of not turning away from the difficulties in life.
