Elena Ivanovna Knyazevich is 102 years old. She lives in the same area of St. Petersburg where she was born.
There are still two poplars that grew along the edges of the Knyazevichi plot. Now there is a depot and a fire station at this place. And at the beginning of the last century here, in the area of the famous Putilovsky, now - Kirovsky plant, there was a solid wooden house. It was built by Elena's father, a master of the highest qualifications. There is also a chicken coop and a small shed with ducks and a piglet. Without living creatures in any way, there were 9 children in the family.
- Mom now looks at the news all the time and smiles. “A crisis is really a difficulty,” she says only. And we understand that in comparison with her fate, we actually live well, - says daughter Leonora.
When the revolution happened, Elena Ivanovna turned 10. She really wanted to study, but disorder and general chaos prevented her, so then life itself taught the girl. She was a beauty, with a long braid, a modest look. She liked Timofey, a guy from the workers. True, it was not customary to look after and give gifts then. They got married, a daughter was born. And then the war.
Timofey volunteered for the front, died in November 1941. Elena never married again. She stayed with two children in besieged Leningrad. We ate glue, cleaning, husk from grain. “We survived because we were together,” says Elena Ivanovna. “We shared the crumbs, the last piece of bread, but we constantly felt each other's support.” Somehow they managed to get a horse leg, they immediately divided it into all brothers and sisters. In the terrible days of the blockade, the family of the elder sister died, and Elena herself lost her son. They were evacuated to the Krasnodar Territory already in 1942. But the need to stay together was so great that the sisters, by some miracle, moved across the country to Irkutsk, where the youngest, Yulia, settled.

They returned to their hometown with a victory in the 45th. For three, they were given an 11-meter room in a communal apartment. Elena Ivanovna was given the keys to a separate one-room apartment when she was one hundred years old.
“The recipe for longevity is partly in our genes,” says Elena Ivanovna. - The sisters lived to be 90 years old, and the uncle - to 104. But the main thing is the attitude towards life, towards those who are near. You have to be conscientious."
Alas, in her venerable years, Elena Ivanovna, like most of the old people, was locked in four walls. The house is modern, but there are still no ramps to go outside in a wheelchair. Silent genes sing about youth
A Khabarovsk biologist, a native of China, Jiang Kanzheng has been quietly working miracles for almost two decades - restoring youth to people.
He invented a device that records the electromagnetic vibrations of duck sperm, with which the biologist then irradiates chicken eggs. The effect is similar to that of a drake covering a chicken (which, as you know, does not happen in nature). In another experiment, it records the vibrations of a peanut and directs them to sunflower sprouts. The seeds extracted from the corolla taste like peanuts. And these are not magic tricks. Such experiments can be of immense value. For example, sprouted corn seeds are irradiated with signals taken from wheat - and ears are obtained on which, instead of the usual, ears with grains similar to corn and wheat are formed. The Novosibirsk academician of medicine Vlail Kaznacheev attracted 130 scientists from five institutes to the examination of this invention of a Chinese biologist. After thoroughly checking the results of Jiang Kanzheng, they gave a positive conclusion, which has been serving the scientist as a protective letter for twenty years, dismissing accusations of witchcraft.
As a student at the Shenyang Medical Institute, Jiang was experimentally convinced that the human bioelectric field radiates in the ultrahigh frequency spectrum. He made a lens that focuses this radiation, and then amplified it using radio equipment.
It turned out that biowaves excite so-called silent genes (there are from 95 to 99% of them in the body), which are still unknown for what they are needed - active genes are only from 1 to 5%. But it is known that silent genes are not affected by aging. “Waking up,” they synthesize young protein and allow damaged body fragments to “self-heal”.

I met Jiang Kanzheng in 1989. Then it was a gray-haired man of 56 years old. A slender, youthful man with black hair approached me. Is he 70? Ruled out!
After talking with him, I learned that the scientist irradiates himself with young sprouts of wheat, peas, corn, barley. The result, as they say, is obvious. And the first person who voluntarily fell under the rays of youth was Kanzheng's father in the late 80s. In a month, an 80-year-old man parted with the diseases that had plagued him for two or three decades, the wrinkles smoothed out, the bald spot was overgrown with a young black fluff, and a year later a tooth that fell out many years ago grew.
Many people, thanks to the “rays of life,” have parted with malignant tumors, children with cerebral palsy have learned to talk and laugh, walk and dance. Jiang's statistics include over 600 patients.
I tracked down one of them, Professor Evgeny Ishchenko. At the age of 46, the scientist came to Khabarovsk, suffering from kidney stones, after working on his doctoral thesis, his eyesight rapidly deteriorated. For a month, all nights he was irradiated by Jiang. Ishchenko forgot about the stones, his gray hair turned black, glasses were required again only five years later.
