Studying the ancient culture of Paracas that existed in southern Peru in the 4th-3rd centuries BC, archaeologist Julio Tello discovered a vast necropolis containing more than 300 burials dating back at least 3,000 years. The scientist was amazed that many of the skulls had an unnaturally elongated shape. Recently, another study of the "Paracas skulls" was carried out. The result of DNA tests clearly indicates: THESE WERE NOT HUMANS.

Who?

Strange elongated skulls

Archaeologists often came across unnaturally elongated skulls; they were found in Mexico, Egypt, Malta, Syria, and northern Iraq. The mystery of the strange anomaly was elucidated when a baby mummy was found with planks tightly bandaged to the head. It is clear that the clamped skull will deform during development. Later it turned out that this strange custom still exists among certain peoples. However, no matter how the shape of the cranium changes, the volume and weight of the human brain will remain the same.

So: the volume of the "Paracas skulls" was 25% higher than the average, and the brain, therefore, was 60% heavier. This means that the shape of the "Paracas skull" is not the result of deliberate deformation of the bones, but … what? For many years, scientists simply refused to comment on a fact that defied explanation, leaving the honor of unraveling the mystery to future generations. Attempts were made from time to time. In 2014 there was another one.

Unexpected examination results

Juan Navarro, owner and director of the Historical Museum of Paracas, has allowed samples of hair, teeth, bones and skin to be taken from 5 of his 35 skulls for DNA analysis. For the purity of the experiment, the specialists were not told what kind of material they were given for research.

According to the expert's conclusion, “the samples under study revealed mitochondrial DNA with mutations that had not been previously detected either in humans or in primates”. Simply put, the owners of the elongated skulls were not Homo Sapiens, and they descended from anyone, but not from monkeys. According to the scientist Brian Foster, if this species could contact people, then the birth of offspring from such a mixed marriage was 100% excluded.

Let's draw the line

The options "random mutation", "joke of nature" are excluded. More than 300 skulls found in Paracas make it possible to admit that 3,000 years ago in southern Peru, for a long time there was a large tribe of humanoid creatures, biologically unrelated to humans.

Who were they?

Option 1: another intelligent race that existed on Earth at the same time as humans. Option 2: colonists from another planet who tried to establish themselves on Earth (or the crew of the crashed starship and their descendants).

This, to some extent, explains the strange custom of deforming babies' skulls. Apparently, the bearers of elongated skulls possessed abilities that humans were deprived of. So the parents tried to modify the shape of their child's head, hoping that along with it, the unusual abilities of the "eggheads" would come.

But in any case, the ancient Paracasians could not establish themselves on the planet, ceded it to man, and themselves either disappeared, or (which is already quite unlikely) continue to exist to this day, avoiding any contact with man.

And now - the last, final chord.

News from Antarctica

A team of archaeologists led by Damian Waters has discovered three elongated skulls "a la Paracas" in Antarctica. Until now, no human remains have been found on the southern continent. The Waters expedition wanted to be the first, but found something more than they had planned. As for the explanation of the strange find, then give free rein to your imagination and try to find it yourself.
