The Russian word "man" means "a man walking through the centuries."
“Chelo” is the name of the inner man. While the external person is a disguise, i.e. mask.
This ancient teaching about the inner and outer man exists in all nations, in all philosophies and religions.
One of the most powerful doctrines of the innermost teaching underlying all religions is the doctrine of the awakening, development and attainment of immortality by the inner man. This doctrine is so secret and so deep that theologians of the whole world could not understand it, although Christ spoke a lot about it.
In Buddhism, this doctrine is taught only in secret monasteries and refers to the doctrine of the heart, i.e. not for all. Again for the same reason: it is too difficult to understand. But until you understand it, you cannot understand what such development is.
Who is the inner man?
The one who walks from century to century, from incarnation to incarnation, in different philosophies and religions is called differently. In Buddhism, in Sanskrit - Amrita, in Tibetan - Du Qi, in Hellenic philosophy (this concept in an unchanged form migrated to Christianity, but the priests are silent about it) - ChrEstos, among the Russians - Chelo, in Chinese Buddhism - Guan-Shi-Yin, in the esotericism of the Middle Ages - Phoenix, among the Egyptians - the Falcon, among the ancient Jews in the Book of Enoch - the Ancient of Days.

The inner man has his own mind, his own feelings, it is he who develops and grows, it is he who is the prodigal son who must return home to the Father. He is guided by the Holy Spirit, or the light of the Tathagat. He develops and grows, learns, acquires wisdom. He either gains success and becomes immortal, or, not ripening by the time, he loses his immortality, like a fig tree that is not ripe by the time.
You don't need to develop a personality
Therefore, the entire system of development is reduced to the development of the inner man and its projection into the outer man. The theory that a person needs to be developed is erroneous. The essence of the development system is to develop the internal person and adapt the external to him. Therefore, all modern systems of human development are not successful, they run up against the ceiling, whose name is the inner man, his level of development. And unable to develop it, they do not know what to do next. But there are methods for the development of the inner man, they are the ones that give the exponential curve - development in geometric progression.
The inner man manifests itself in us as Nous (among the Hellenes), Manas (in Sanskrit) - as inhuman wisdom.
How the inner person develops
Therefore, the existing stages of development of the inner person:
- cleansing the mind of misconceptions, - education in a person of high ethics, - introduction to the depth of knowledge
- and, as a result, the disclosure of secret wisdom and stay in it, keeping it - these are the stages of human development.
A delusion about human development is sophistry, reasoning. Therefore, the system of human development has always been called philosophy, from the words: philo - love, sophia - wisdom.
There are three stages of achievement in terms of wisdom.
1. Preparing a person for wisdom. The environment plays an important role here. It is important to surround yourself with people who are as striving for wisdom as you are. This first stage is the eightfold Noble Path indicated by the Buddha.
2. Discovery of wisdom. Here the most important factor is the Sage Teacher. With the fire of his wisdom, he kindles the same fire of wisdom in the disciple. This is a disciple initiation.
3. Development of wisdom. Here the main factor is Gnosis, Dharma, comprehension of Truth. Because only Truth makes you free.
This is the stopping of the wheel of Samsara, salvation from destruction, and at the end of this path - the attainment of Nirvana, as the apogee of the development of the sage.
Laws of the Universe and Mysteries
The development of the inner man is governed by innermost laws. From the point of view of the layman, they are paradoxical, and I will describe them in the future. And since the whole universe is reflected in a person, like in a drop, the laws of human development are fully consistent with the laws of development of any society and the Universe, they are identical.
The completeness of knowledge of these laws and their application are the Secrets that the Teacher always communicates to his student and monitors their correct implementation. Some of the laws can be issued now, and I will do so. Some cannot be given away, they will not be understood anyway.
But, in any case, the application of these laws awakens the inner person and develops it. And in fact, wisdom is the understanding and application of these laws.
