At one time, the fact that our thoughts are material made me look at the world and its processes in a completely different way. It took me six months to finally consolidate this discovery in my life - the benefit of examples that it works (and personal examples), there were many: contracts were concluded, people were manifested. But there was one "but", and it took me another 5 years to see it. If my experience allows someone to accelerate and "see clearly" a little earlier, I will consider my mission completed.

This "one but" was as follows - numerous techniques of taming and focusing their thoughts worked, let's say, at an average level. Within the framework of the reality in which I used to live. When it was necessary to "cheat" something quickly, the circumstances immediately, as if by magic, played out in my favor, when it was necessary to swing a little higher, it also most often worked, but there were no global shifts.

It was as if you were just rearranging the furniture, being in the same house. He repainted the walls, changed the pictures, removed something, added something. But the essence remained the same - the meters allocated to you did not expand. By and large, your limitations stayed with you.

I remember how I discovered with curiosity a couple of years ago that wherever it took me, my income level did not change and stayed at about the same level for many years - whether I was the head of a department back in 2006 in Kamchatka or a sales manager at a hotel in Bali in 2011-m. In particular, within 2 thousand dollars with a ceiling of 3 thousand. That in Kamchatka, that in Thailand, that in Bali. Is it funny? The frames and the ceiling moved with me around the world.

Russian-Balinese optimists broadcast the following on this score - in Bali, prices are lower, that is, there are more opportunities. There is a private house, a cleaning lady, a new car for rent, yoga, an expensive restaurant, and grass, and the respect of others, and the sea, of course, for 2-3 thousand dollars a month per person. In general, whatever you want. And in Russia, especially in Moscow and even more so for visitors, this is a living wage.

I can't think like that anymore. This is self-deception. You still cannot take and buy real estate in the part of the world that you like. You can't take off and go to the ends of the world, for example, to Antarctica. And so on and so forth. Nothing has changed - these are the same frames with 2x2 walls and a small rearrangement inside. My financial level was at the same level, which means that in a professional sense I did not grow.

Money is a convenient example because numbers are specific and understandable, as opposed to emotions or internal states. But I can say that the above "rearrangement", when the changes do not affect the deep level, but only polish the surface features, applies to everything else.

Relations. When you plunge into another romance (or even marriage), it seems that this time it will be exactly different (all the more so, after all, and thought correctly), and after six months or a year everything returns to normal - something does not stick. Or work: it seems that this is it - at last I have found it, but you yourself do not notice how the worm “this is not mine” creeps up and begins to slowly bite off from the inside. Sound familiar? I am very much. And all this with knowledge, smart books and techniques, which by that time I had been practicing with varying success for about 12 years.

Promotional video:

I started with affirmations when I was 16 years old and continued to "rearrange the furniture" of my life in all different ways until I was 28, until, a little over a year ago, I began to radically change everything.

The first thing I had to admit to myself was that it didn't work on a large scale.

No affirmations, no visualization, no energy techniques, no precise knowledge that it all works.

There was not enough breakthrough, some kind of powerful take-off to a totally new level.

I was faced with two obvious questions:

1. Why doesn't this (everything I know and apply) work when you dream big?

This must be understood. Otherwise, “reboot” will not work and superficial changes will become a lifelong déjà vu.

2. How do I make this (everything I know and use) work big?

Issue 1 on the agenda today.

Why doesn't it work when you're dreaming big?

1. Lack of regularity and inability to keep the rhythm of positive change

I am 16 years old. I first learned about the technique of working with my subconscious (and my thoughts) - affirmations. I literally dug up an old worn-out book by V. Levy in the closet (my mother says that she bought it too when she was 16). The book looked as if it was saying with all its being that it could teach me life, because it was pretty “tinkering” in it. As I remember now, the book was quite boring and what made me read it is still not clear, but somehow I fished out the sections about affirmations and the technique of removing internal clamps. Off we go. Every evening I began to work on myself and my body. Reducing the narrative to the point - the result was this: I somehow got rid of my teenage complexes very quickly, got prettier, finished my studies, went to a new school, improved my personal life and found a job (I worked when I studied). AND? And I abandoned all the techniques at about 19 years old. Of course. Why continue? Since everything is already good and so successful.

I am 26 years old. In a Nepalese forest I am taking a course of Vipassana meditation - the third day of complete silence and persistent practice is coming. A desperate guess breaks into my mind, but I cannot grasp its essence. As if there is some kind of discovery next to me, but I cannot grasp it. Thought drills inside, but does not go out. "Where, where have I already seen this?"

On the 3rd day of practice, the very technique of meditation called Vipassana is introduced (the first days you are preparing for it) and it hit me in the head: this is the same as the technique for removing the clamps, which I practiced on my own at the age of 16. Almost the same thing: observing the body, relaxing. I completely forgot about her, and here she is again - she came into my life as a cure for internal throwing. At 16 it was a teenage formation, but at 26? But then another, more serious question came to my mind clearly:

What if now, after practicing at the age of 26, which helps me so much, I forget again and over time stop practicing?

And you know, I heard a distinct answer inside myself. Call it a hallucination or the voice of my soul, I don't care, I heard a clear, unemotional and, I would say, loud answer:

See you in another 10 years

Do you want to suffer for another 10 years? Do you want another 10 years to “search for yourself”? Do you want to be unfulfilled for another 10 years? Do you want to “discover” again after another 10 years that thoughts are material, and that the technique for removing clamps ideally balances the inner state? Why not? Since you've been like this for 10 years? - I already told myself.

“If you don’t start paving your way now, we will meet in another 10 years,” something repeated inside. I want to believe that it was my soul, and not He. In front of Him, I feel ashamed of my own inner licentiousness. You are given tools - and you throw them away.

Toss about for another 10 years? Or start practicing now and DO NOT STOP? Don't stop when it's bad. Don't stop when it's good. Don't stop when things are working out. Practice working with your thoughts and states REGULARLY.

Thoughts are material - but you need to work with them regularly, every day. The same goes for all other practices and actions.

I very often meet people who are swimming in their own stories about their favorite books and films on the topic of the possibilities of thoughts, but when I tell them that personally I now visualize every day, they are very surprised and ask again: "Every day?"

- Yes, friends, every day. And this, by the way, is written in all your books.

I also ran into practice before, only when the tail was burning - but it certainly won't work like that on a large scale. I checked with my 10th birthday. But monotonously, from day to day to sharpen your reality - you can create a work of art and, most importantly, within the framework and sizes that you like. This is no longer "rearranging furniture".

2. Signal interference

  • If you want a lot of money, but at the same time you petty save every penny (do not start up, but just save);
  • If you want a lot of money, but at the same time condemn those who make big money (do not believe that big money can be earned honestly);
  • If you want to meet a loved one, while you are offended by all your acquaintances who have already met (you envy them);
  • If you want to get married, but "see" that there are no free ones left;
  • If you want to get married, but there are only selfish people around;
  • If you want to try but think you won't succeed;
  • If you want more from your life, but you think it is unrealistic;
  • If you want to render but think it doesn't work;
  • If you want to create yourself, but at the same time think that you should be helped in this;
  • If you want change, but think that you know everything …

Then you have interference with communication. Your signal is "phoning". Understand the settings.

Beliefs are the gray cardinals of our lives. They are the ones who rule the process, not your nightly visualizations. You can twist the picture in your head as much as you like, but as long as you have a contradiction deep inside, it won't work. To move to a new scale, you need to "rewrite" yourself according to your deepest convictions. And then healthy daily thoughts will carry you with the breeze.

How to "overwrite"?

Disconnect from everything, except for real examples that you could (in the area that worries you). To find such people, even in real life, even on the Internet, even in books that touch the soul - take their technology "how could they?" and, without being distracted by anything superfluous, do - do - do (what they say, and not what you think or want) until it starts to work out, until your previous belief "I can't do this" or "this is unrealistic" will not exhaust itself.

This is an effective way. Moreover, it lies on the surface.

Foreigner in Russia. Eating borscht for the first time. How can he cook it on his own, because at home he cooks soups so well?

Option 1. He buys food by eye, looks at the recipe (also briefly, he's a busy person), mixes everything, and instead of beets, he puts an avocado (well, he likes avocado, he is brave and ready to experiment, plus he cooks well at home), and instead of cabbage - one carrot. Done. Trying? Shit. Who's guilty? The author of the recipe, of course.

Absurd? Not. Reality. People take "tops-roots" from advice-thoughts-ideas, they themselves somehow confuse it, they end up not getting what they wanted, they either blame themselves for mediocrity (although this is not a matter of talent, but of laziness and inconsistency that changes things), or the author, or the idea itself.

Option 2. But there is another way to learn how to cook a traditional dish in a new country. Take off your arrogance and trust the cook, since you like him, for example, Thai Tom Yam soup. You came to a restaurant, ate a plate, well, cool Tom Yam - ready to learn cooking techniques?

Trust technology and do everything exactly as it says. If you do everything behind the chef, it will turn out well and your hand will be full, then it will be tolerable to go out on your own. Let it be crooked the first time, do it again. And when your dish will work out wonderfully well, this is where the moment comes - when you can experiment on your own. Of course you can't put beets in Tom Yam, but you can play with spices.

High-quality improvisation is obtained only by professionals.

By the way, the same comparison, if you look closely, is applicable in music and in sports.

3. Skewed towards thoughts. We think more than we do

This is a story about the fact that “it will come to me by itself” if I visualize a lot. Well, try it.

Actually, that's all the reasons - the lack of regularity in working with thoughts, interference in the signal of one's own beliefs and the lack of full-fledged systematized actions. While in order to reach a qualitatively new level, you need to be precise and focused like an arrow, when all your beliefs, intentions, daily words, states and actions are directed towards a single direction you have chosen. Moreover, to be able to keep your flight to the goal, as long as required, without changing course. Thoughts in this process perform an important function of navigation and, moreover, serve as acceleration, and actions are responsible for the performance of the flight itself.
