As you know, living in Russia is not good. And why? Each generation has its own answer to this question. In the 1980s and 1990s, when Mikhail Gorbachev announced perestroika, when Boris Yeltsin came to power and the great mighty Soviet Union crackled at the seams, a new culprit was found for all the troubles and misfortunes. Allen Welch Dulles. Director of the CIA and author of the "Dulles Doctrine" - a consistent plan for the destruction of the USSR.
In 1945, addressing the US Congress, Allen Dulles made a landmark speech about the fate of our homeland, then the USSR. In order to assess the scale of the planned villainy, we quote Dulles' statement in full:
“The war will end, everything will somehow settle down, settle down. And we will throw everything we have - all the gold, all the material power to fool and fool people!
The human brain, the consciousness of people are capable of change. By sowing chaos, we will imperceptibly replace their values with false ones and make them believe in these false values. How? We will find our like-minded people, our allies in Russia itself.
Episode after episode, the tragedy of the death of the most rebellious people on earth, the final, irreversible extinction of its self-consciousness, will be played out, grandiose in its scale. From literature and art, for example, we will gradually eradicate their social essence, wean artists, discourage them from engaging in depicting … researching, perhaps, those processes that occur in the depths of the masses.
Literature, theaters, cinema - everything will depict and glorify the most base human feelings. We will in every possible way support and raise the so-called artists who will plant and hammer into human consciousness the cult of sex, violence, sadism, betrayal - in short, all immorality. We will create chaos and confusion in the government.
We will imperceptibly, but actively and constantly contribute to the tyranny of officials, bribe-takers, unscrupulousness. Bureaucracy and red tape will be elevated to virtue. Honesty and decency will be ridiculed and will not be needed by anyone, will become a relic of the past. Rudeness and arrogance, lies and deceit, drunkenness and drug addiction, animal fear of each other and shamelessness, betrayal, nationalism and enmity of peoples, above all enmity and hatred of the Russian people - we will deftly and imperceptibly cultivate all this, all this will bloom in double color …
And only a few, very few will guess or even understand what is happening. But we will put such people in a helpless position, turn them into a laughing stock, find a way to slander them and declare them the scum of society. We will pull out the spiritual roots, vulgarize and destroy the foundations of national morality. We will shatter thus, generation after generation. We will take on people from childhood, adolescence, the main stake will always be on young people, we will corrupt, corrupt, corrupt them. We will make of them cynics, vulgarians, cosmopolitans. This is how we will do it."

67 years have passed. It's 2013. And what do we have? The intelligentsia is an endangered species, the youth is cynical, vulgar and depraved. Our tastes are dominated by the most barbaric. CIA HEAD
To begin with, in 1945 there was no trace of the CIA. The famous intelligence department was born only in 1947. And Allen Dulles took the lead six years later and remained at the helm from 1953 to 1961. He has convincing victories to his credit: what is the value of one program of U-2 spy planes, which for several years quietly "flew" over the territory of the USSR. But there were crushing defeats in his career: for example, in 1961, the operation designed by Dulles to invade Cuba failed.
The head of the CIA did not admit his guilt: they say, it was Kennedy who was greedy and did not allocate enough forces to storm the Island of Freedom. However, it was Dulles who had to resign. However, even in retirement he felt rather good, spoke on radio and television, talked about foreign policy …
WAVE OF POPULARITY
In fact, the wave of popularity - and then exclusively of Russia - hit Dulles exactly in the 1990s, when he was suddenly credited with a villainous plan to destroy the USSR in general and the Russian people in particular.
Reread the text of Dulles' "speech" again. Now try to imagine that these high-flown words are uttered by a professional diplomat, speaking before the Congress! "The most rebellious people on earth!" Is this an American speaking? Rather, the hero of some military-patriotic film …

THE USSR WILL BE BOMBED
Perhaps it was the intrigues of enemies and the document was simply destroyed? Alas, again bad luck: all sessions of the Congress are recorded and then published. In addition, much more lethal compromising evidence was declassified in the United States: for example, the plan for a war with the USSR, known under the code name "Dropshot". As part of this "project" the Americans wanted to drop 300 atomic bombs on the USSR. The date of the military campaign was even set - January 1, 1950! Then it, however, was postponed seven years in advance, and later was completely canceled. Of course, the Dropshot plan was classified, but the USSR was also aware of it, and in the USA itself information about it was published in the open press in 1978!

What, then, about "Dropshot" anyone who finds it interesting can find out, and "Dulles" should always remain a secret behind seven seals? The inconsistency turns out, once again convincing: the original "Dulles plan" cannot be discovered just because it never existed.
Where did he come from then? Who is its author? Do not believe it! Fedor Mikhailovich himself! In any case, the ideas "expressed" by the director of the CIA and the hero of Dostoevsky's "Demons" - Pyotr Verkhovensky - are very consonant: "We will unleash confusion … no education is needed … one or two generations of debauchery is now necessary; unheard-of, petty depravity, when a person turns into a nasty, cowardly, cruel, selfish scum …"
And who is to be blamed now? Yes, in fact, what is the culprit? Ask a Frenchman, an Englishman, a Pole or a Ukrainian - and he will tell you that everything in his country is rotten to the very foundation, that young people are unbelted, prefer sex and drugs to cultural values, that the government is inactive, and there is simply no escape from bureaucrats … Complain and grumble, look for offenders and find them with pleasure - alas, this is a property of human nature.
