The world is not owned by money, it is owned by time. It is the person who will be able to "tame" him who will surely achieve success. Time, of course, is difficult to chase, but possible. A minute is 60 seconds, a day is 24 hours, human life is about 65 years on average, everything else is immortal eternity. Compared to the universe, a person's life, like a flash from a lightning strike, lasts only an instant. However, how to use this moment depends on each individual individually. Yes, a person does not live long, but this time is quite enough to get the desired things and events from life, the main thing is to skillfully manage the hours allotted for life. Today, time for humanity is necessary and important more than ever. Many professional psychologists, social workers, and progressive thinkers are working to improve the use of time. Such studies have practically formed into a separate science, the name of which is time management. The science of rational use of time especially attracts students, businessmen and show business stars, and the latter often hire specialists who teach them how to keep up with all the planned things.
The overwhelming majority of people spend the day working at work until they sweat, and then they also "serve" the children, do household chores - this does not allow to follow the goal clearly and steadily, or even makes it unattainable. To manage time at the household level, that is, in everyday life, you need to know the following:
1. You need to plan your future in an annual perspective, that is, no more than 12 months. If you make plans according to the scheme - “at 45 I want to have a hectare of forest, 3 villas and a yacht”, but now you are only 20, then this is the wrong approach and it works in 5% of 100% people, by chance. Calmness, cold mind and patience are your main weapons;
2. It is necessary to carry out a replacement of habits. Logically analyzing your behavior, determine what does not benefit you in any way and refuse it;
3. Introduce strict discipline for yourself. The great Bruce Lee said: “Discipline is not a limitation of freedom. This is cutting off all that is superfluous. " By shedding a heavy burden in the form of bad habits and behavior patterns, you will get more opportunities for "maneuvering", moving towards a goal;
4. When planning your daily routine, you need to take into account individual characteristics. If, for example, your brain is most active in the evening, then do important work then, and if in the morning or after lunch, then at this time. Also, there is no need to divide the day into 3 active phases - it is better when there are only two. That is, always leave the third part of the day for yourself, and not for your own affairs. Take up your hobbies, or sports, or meet up with friends. One phase of the day should be set aside for moral relaxation;
5. You need to develop a habit. You won't be able to drastically change the way you use your time right away: yesterday you sat on the couch with a packet of chips, watching a TV series, and today you read books, play sports, and so on. Start small and work your way up. For example, you are a gambling addict and spend at least 3:00 a day playing games, and you read a book no more than once a week. In this case, spend 5-10 minutes playing games every day in favor of books. You can also play games in the "neutral" phase of the day, but no more than twice a week, because this period should bring emotions from various activities: walking, communication, reading, sports and much more;
6. Create an hourly daily routine. If you follow a clear plan of action that will always be at hand, it will be much easier to keep up with what was planned. Also, you can try to draw up a routine not using the thesis method, but using tables or diagrams, even using pictures. This approach will allow the brain to perceive information more clearly and spend less time processing it.

Time is the main value that a person has. Humanity must finally understand that it is they who need to measure progress, wealth, luxury, and not strive for material things, the price of which time reduces to zero, sooner or later.
