“In 2010, I saw something scary in my house. That evening I was busy preparing for the session until late and it was already two o'clock in the morning when I decided to go to bed.
I have a Rottweiler dog. For the record: this is a large and well-trained dog, which has never before been afraid of anything and always obeys my commands impeccably. He is also quite friendly.
My house is located in the suburbs next to a forest full of deer and even bears. Sometimes wild animals come to people's houses and to our house too, and then the dog just stands at the door and quietly growls at it. Then I release him into the street and he begins to circle around the animals, but does not attack, because he does not feel the threat from them. For a long time he does not react to deer that often come.
Let's go back to that evening. I had just finished reading about cow anatomy (I was studying to be a veterinarian) and got up from the table. And then I heard the dog sitting at my feet begin to whine, and more and more. The last time he behaved like this, there was a snake by our porch, and once he whined like this when a tornado was approaching
I decided to calm him down and said that everything was fine and stroked him. But he suddenly jumped to his feet after that, bared his teeth and began to growl loudly. The fur on the back of his neck stood on end. He stared at my bedroom door and at first I could not understand what was happening, but then I myself saw what scared and alarmed my dog so much.
This creature was three feet (90 cm) high, like a small child. A sharp nose and large ears stood out on his face. The eyes were large and the pupils filled the entire surface of the eyes, looking into those eyes was like looking into black holes.

The hair on his head hung low and was matted and dirty. Arms, legs and palms with feet seemed distorted and larger than necessary. It was not clear what it was wearing, it seemed like something that looked like a torn poncho. The skin of the face and hands was grayish green, olive, and also very dirty. The lips were contorted and it looked like it was grinning.
I froze like a pillar and just stood next to the dog and looked at this creature. And then it opened its mouth full of small, sharp teeth. All this time the dog continued to growl loudly and terribly, I had never seen anything like it before. At the same time, the dog did not attack and did not come closer to the creature.
Probably ten minutes passed and all this time I was struggling with the part of the child that was sitting inside me. This part desperately wanted to scream and hide under the covers. And then at some point this creature disappeared somewhere and I woke up from a stupor.
In the following minutes, I grabbed the dog by the collar and went around the house with it to make sure that all windows and doors were locked. It turned out that the front door was wide open. I closed it and locked myself.
I could not close my eyes that night, and on the following nights I slept with anxiety. I noticed that my dog increasingly began to sleep right on my bed, snuggling against my body. Did he want to protect me?
Anyway, it went on for several weeks, and then the dog calmed down a bit. But he still followed me everywhere, no matter what room I went to. He even guarded me near the bathroom door.
Fear still didn’t leave me. I always lived in this house alone and my acquaintances did not come to me, so I do not know who this creature could be. This story tormented me and I searched the Internet for stories of people who met such a creature. About 6 years ago I came across a similar case and wrote it to the author, but for some reason he did not respond.
I know it was not a dream or a hallucination. The search led me to folklore stories about Pukwudgie. Pukwudgie are small men from Native American legends. They have gray skin and large ears. They look like European goblins. They are cunning and do not make friends with people.
A few months later, a fire broke out in my house. I do not know if one is related to the other, but in the fire I breathed in hot smoke and then was treated in the hospital for lung problems."
