The main sensation of the press conference was the story of Lieutenant General of the Reserve, former head of the expert department of the General Staff, Doctor of Philosophy, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences Alexei Savin. In Soviet times, he took part in research under the guidance of renowned neurophysiologist Natalia Bekhtereva. Three experimental groups were created: the first included the military, the second - scientists, and the third - ordinary women. All of them, using certain methods, were prepared for contacts with alien intelligence.
