Man strives for freedom. We all want to be beautiful, strong and harmonious. However, oddly enough, very few people succeed. Those who succeeded remain in the memory of the descendants.

What prevents us from becoming beautiful, strong and harmonious? Our thoughts. As a rule, those that are in our subconscious. And as you know, thought is material. Thoughts are hidden from us to such an extent that it is only by the situation that it is possible to guess which thought caused this or that incident. In a hidden way, they manipulate us. If you want, man is a robot, a puppet, manipulated by his own thought energy.

It happens unnoticed. Any thought that comes to our mind can turn into our master. Do we know this? Of course we do. There is even a popular expression: “Thoughts own our minds,” and, as a result, us. And thoughts are reflected outside, make us act in a certain way. What can help us see this? Expression "We are slaves to our own desires."

It is very easy to see on our desires how our thoughts govern us. For example, one of us came up with an idea (!), And he had a desire (!) To buy a car. Having returned to this thought again and again, a person strengthens it, makes it stronger and stronger. Until, in the end, this desire consumes him. From that time on, our life is already subject to thought-desire. We begin to think, feel and act in accordance with this desire. And this is just one of a great many examples, examples from our life, in which we all the time want to achieve something, get something, manage someone, so that he or she acts in accordance with our desire and belief.

Are we the masters of our thoughts?

So the question is:

Are we the masters of our desires, or do they at some point absorb us, subjugating us and begin to manipulate us?..

Promotional video:

How does this happen.

How is it that a thought that has gained strength begins to manipulate us? Human programming occurs in two ways.

In the first case, this is a sudden situation, which is usually associated with our survival in this world. For example, you entered an entrance and were scared of something. A strong emotional outburst associated with this event instantly and very firmly recorded in your memory that it is dangerous to enter the entrance, and another time, entering it, you will automatically tense up, experiencing a feeling of fear, and thus intensify it. it is multiple repetition of the same thought or emotion. We say something to ourselves all the time, consciously or subconsciously. For example, when meeting with friends, you begin to discuss prices, how difficult it has become, how little money is and how it is not enough for life. The more often you take part in such discussions, the stronger your thought forms become - "life is difficult", "I don't have enough money","Our government is useless for anything," and so on.

Then these thoughts begin to live their own lives, reflected outside and creating their own reality, in which you really begin to lack money, in which your life really becomes difficult. And even if the government changes, money somehow gets better, you will still think as before, because the thought is already recorded in the subconscious. Repeated repetition of the same thought sends it to the subconscious, where it gets its own life, starting to control us and our actions. The thought is material. It begins to be reflected outside.

One woman, in order not to give money to her son - she thought that they would spoil him, - in response to his requests all the time answered: "We have no money." Some time passed, and she suddenly discovered that the money had disappeared, she really did not have it. Because she heard that thought is material, she stopped responding to him in this way and rebuilt her thought. Money reappeared in her life.

Thought drives us

Thoughts have a very interesting property. Being in consciousness or in subconsciousness, they, being as part of ourselves, completely determine our understanding and vision of the world. We look at any events in any area of our life through the corresponding thought. It is as if we take off and put on glasses of different colors and shapes in each case. But we do not see how this happens. A person cannot see this process, unless he has been specially trained in this. One thing that can give us a hint that some thought is beginning to control us is the situations that are happening to us at this time. It is they, being external, that fully reflect what is happening inside us. As soon as something starts to happen to us, it means that the corresponding thought stands on the surface and simulates the situation.

Because we look at the world through a certain thought, for example, “I don’t have enough money,” we receive constant confirmation of this opinion. Every time we see how we do not have enough money. We see and note only these situations. Thought becomes material, it grows stronger, begins to create situations similar to each other, and the reality it creates confirms it even more.

The vicious circle. One gets the impression that thought builds itself, renewing itself and strengthening itself. And it really is! In some cases, uncontrollable thoughts grow to enormous levels. This is where obsession comes from when people suffer from some kind of obsession.

Thought is material - it is a living entity that has an independent being. It is quite possible if you carefully consider what was said above. And on the other hand, why not, because the body also renews itself all the time, develops in a certain direction and, finally, grows old and dies? And if there are opposites in the world, then as a consequence, the laws of the material world should be reflected in the world of energies. As below, so above.

The era of mastering psychic energy, that is, the energy of thought, is coming. So let's master this energy, changing our lives the way we want it, and not bowing our heads in powerlessness. If God wanted to twist all of us into a ram's horn, this would have happened long ago. But this did not happen, and everything happens just the opposite. And many of the worthy people of the past and present demonstrate this. They understood something about this world, they understood certain laws that gave them the opportunity to live and operate effectively in this Universe (the laws of the Universe).

What exactly did they understand? They realized that their thoughts determine their lives. Realizing this, they became masters of their own destiny. And if they do not follow the general laws by which this world is built, they can boldly act in it. The universe does not say: "Don't act, submit, be powerless, bow your head under the blows of fate." She tells us: "Live, love one another, help one another, act and walk boldly through this life."

Power of thought

So, only thought can make us strong in this life. If someone just thought that money would soon make us strong, then I dare not agree here. Money is also subject to the energy of thought. We thought that we need to earn money for something, we go and start earning this money. We got the idea that we need to help someone, we go and give this person money, if this is what he needs at the moment. We thought that someone should do badly - people often, if not always, use money for such purposes. Only money is a means, not an end. Money is a very sophisticated means of working with the outside world and with yourself.

For what reason do you often not get what you need at the moment?.. Because you do not know clearly what you want and whether you want at all. Instead of a clearly defined thought, you have some formless, cloud-like formations wandering inside you.

Before you get hold of something, you should decide for yourself whether you want to have it and whether you intend to have it. I dare to say that if you do not yet have something that you would very much like to have, therefore, you have not completely decided whether you need it. In short, you don't need it, you don't want it, and you don't intend to have it. Are you offended? Are you outraged by this sacrilege? You need this thing so much, but here they say that! A very common reaction. And yet it is so. If you go inside yourself right now and begin to honestly analyze your desires, intentions and wants to have something, you can see that there is a gap somewhere. Through this gap, the energy necessary to acquire the thing you need leaves.

I once gave a lecture on the work of thought and how money relates to thought. After the lecture, one participant attended my seminar, where she told an incident that happened to her immediately after the lecture.

She was driving along the escalator and suddenly realized that she really did not really want and did not at all intend to buy herself trousers, when she needed them. She suddenly saw clearly that she herself would not let this thing into her life. And then she decided that she really needed them. In the evening, at the dinner table, her father unexpectedly (?!) Asked her what she needed. She said she wanted to buy herself pants and he gave her $ 50 to buy.

Another example:

At the seminar, one of the women was very indignant upon hearing my words that she herself did not want to buy a tape recorder and all her arguments about the lack of money were far-fetched. But when we examined her thoughts, she realized that in fact she did not really want to have it, because in reality she was quite satisfied with the music she hears on the radio.

An example like this:

One woman at the lecture said that she really wants to have a separate apartment, she is tired of living in a communal apartment, and I assure you that she is the one who slows down everything. I immediately asked her what conditions she lived in as a child. She said she was in a communal apartment. The problem was immediately highlighted in all its glory. If she has become accustomed to a communal apartment since childhood, then the idea that a communal apartment fully corresponds to the normal living conditions of a person lives inside her. This thought is firmly rooted in her subconscious, creating there a template for how a person should live, now it prevents her from making real efforts to change her lifestyle. She will only move to a new apartment when she really wants to do it.

Thought - determination, desire and intent

So, the very first step to acquiring something is your determination, desire, and intention to have it. Next, you must define exactly what you want. I will demonstrate this to you with a very clear example.

One woman wanted to find herself a man to marry him. (Note that she has precisely defined what she needs.) To begin with, she decided to be like meeting nights for those over 30. (Determination, desire and intention to make efforts to achieve the goal). Pretty soon she realized that she couldn't find anything for herself there. But things that were inexplicable from her point of view began to happen to her. When she walked down the street, men came up to her all the time to meet her.

Moreover, they began to call her home, saying that her phone number was posted in the newspaper "Reklama-Chance" in the section "Dating", although she did not give any announcement to the newspaper. (Note how strong she had the determination and intention to find herself a life partner). Well, it all ended quite usually. The one she married worked with her in the same enterprise, and they had known each other for several years.

Working with thought can be compared to cutting a diamond. You need to cut every facet of your thoughts to get what you really need. Remember how often it happened in your life that you bought a thing you did not need, say, a dress, shirt, trousers? And something like the following happened. At first, you had a desire to change your wardrobe. Someone you know offered you what you were looking for, but it soon became clear that this was not at all the same. Something you didn't like, didn't suit you in the thing you purchased. And it didn’t like it and didn’t fit because you didn’t cut the diamond of your thought, you didn’t define specifically what you need. Instead of a clearly defined thought, a shapeless cloud-like thought floated inside you - a desire to buy something new for your wardrobe. And you bought and then shoved it to hell,so that you no longer see purchases and experience negative emotions.

If you want to have a new dress / suit, clearly define for yourself its style, when and where you will wear it, texture, size, color and other characteristics. Ask yourself as many questions as you can about what you want to have. The more accurately you define for yourself what you need, the more positive emotions you will experience when you receive it. The same principle applies to any other material or immaterial, such as human relations, things. I repeat, we do not have something, because we either do not want, or do not intend to have it, or do not know exactly what we need.

When the girl I mentioned came to the store to buy trousers, she did not buy them, because she did not know exactly what trousers she needed. The ones she liked were already sold. She left the store empty-handed.

Before the New Year, another woman drew herself the style of a dress that she would like to wear on New Year's Eve and determined exactly what and how she would use it. The next day she saw exactly such a dress in a shop window. A day later, they brought her money for her work (and as a rule, she could not get money for what she did for a long time), and when she put on this dress on New Year's Eve, it played exactly the role for which it was intended.

One man thought about buying a sofa. He needed a sofa so that he could keep guests or relatives at night. He determined for him a place where he would stand, and even drew a line so as not to forget. Almost the next day he was offered a part-time job, and this money was enough for him to buy a sofa. When the movers brought him into the room, they, without asking, put him exactly in the place where the man planned to put him. Even the line matched.

Thought, karma, fear

Thought is the power that is the essence of this world. It is also our karma (Law of Karma). You should be very careful with your thoughts. And you need to know when to switch from one thought to another, so as not to feed unwanted thoughts.

This is the meaning of the concept of karma: if there is a thought - it does not matter whether it is in the subconscious or on a conscious level - therefore there is action. If there is action, then there are consequences of our actions. If there are consequences of our actions, there is our reaction to these consequences. And so on without end. We can change our karma by changing our thoughts. It is possible to interrupt karma when we remove thought from ourselves or when we master the process of not being attached to our thoughts.

It should be noted that in my work with people, I am not interested in who and how transmitted this or that fear or problem to a person and who was the root cause, although sometimes it is curious to trace the roots. It is clear that nothing will arise from scratch.

Every event has a reason. The same is true for our thoughts, beliefs, fears, or problems. They pass to us from our parents or from one of the ancestors, that is, genetically, or thanks to the environment in which we grow up, or we generate them ourselves, or this is programming from the outside (the evil eye). In the latter case, an interesting question is: why did we attract such programming to ourselves, why does the evil eye not affect some, but does it on others?

I believe this happens because a person has certain thoughts-fears that weaken the defense system and thereby allow someone else's energy of the evil eye to enter his field. In general, fears always weaken us. For example, if you have a fear that you will get sick with any disease, then in this place of your body the protective field is weakened and becomes permeable to microorganisms. The fear of getting sick affects the immune system.

Thus, fear affects both the physical organism and the human energy field. If you just said to yourself that you were never afraid of anything like this, but still got sick, then this can also be explained quite simply - in this case, your thoughts / fears about yourself and about the world around you gradually brought you into this state.

It is thought that ultimately creates the corresponding situation, and we need to learn how to deal with this situation. This thought belongs to us. The lesson we are going through is to overcome the situation and resolve it, coming out of it stronger and wiser. I have a question for the reader:

What is preferable for you - to learn to cope with situations on your own or to look for a magic wand all the time?..

But what if this one is not near?..

If you become too often thinking that your problems are caused by some wrongdoing that you committed in one of your past lives, you run the risk of falling into another trap. It is common for a person not to remember past lives or the lives of their ancestors, and as a result, building up this thought-form, at some point you may feel powerless in the face of a problem. The question of past lives, in my opinion, is idle, in most cases it only veils the problem facing the person, disorients him and deprives him of the strength to learn to act on his own. The laws of this life are such that you will be able to solve any problems in it, no matter where their roots are and who gave rise to them. Take action, and help will always come.

The situations we find ourselves in are the lessons we need to go through. If we have applied insufficient efforts to resolve this situation, therefore, it will continue and will not leave our lives. But as soon as the lesson is completed, help immediately comes, and the situation is resolved. And it will never happen again. The next lesson begins. This is the key for you when dealing with problems or illness.

The principle of our interaction with the outside world could be represented in the form of a Mobius strip. Take a tape of paper and glue it by turning the ends over. Now, if you place your finger on the inner surface and start moving it along it, then after a while you suddenly find that you are already on the outer surface. Without crossing the edge, you are on the outside of the tape! When did it happen? You cannot pinpoint the transition point. If you do the opposite, you will be inside.

It can never be determined when we begin to move from the inner surface to the outer surface and vice versa. So, in my opinion, the internal and external interact. This is how thought works, manifesting itself from the inside out. The energy of thought has no boundaries, it is simultaneously present both inside us and outside, only in the form of situations, problems, material form. By examining the outside, it is possible to find out what is happening inside a person.

Once, after one lecture, a woman came up to me and asked for help with the following problem. Her husband was constantly hungry, even immediately after he got up from the table, and at times he did not eat anything at all.

If the external fully and to the end reflects the internal, speaking differently, if what is inside us structures and shapes the events that happen to us in the external world, it means that inside this woman there should have been corresponding thoughts, which gave rise to this situation. The husband, as in a mirror, showed this woman what was inside her.

After I asked a few questions, it turned out that this woman had survived the blockade as a child and, accordingly, had an absolutely specific attitude towards food and hunger. That is, fighting in childhood for survival, she formed powerful thought forms within herself, regarding food and hunger. After I helped her to bring these thought forms out of her subconscious and release them, absolutely spontaneously she suddenly sighed with relief and said: "I no longer feel sorry (when they eat my food)."

To check if she had any other thought-forms inside her that could simulate a similar situation, I asked her a test question: "What does your husband say when he gets up from the table?" Also, spontaneously, without hesitation, she replied: "I'm full." Since the external reflects the internal, the new thought-form that has arisen in it will begin to create a new reality from that moment, where the husband will feel full.

One woman was waiting for guests. At that time, she did not have the opportunity to buy enough food, so she was very worried that there might not be enough for everyone and the guests might be hungry and dissatisfied. While preparing food and setting the table, she had only one thought, a plea: "If only the guests ate little and remained full." According to her, when the guests arrived, they barely touched food and all, as one, declared that they were full. The table remained almost intact.

Isn't this story very similar to the famous story of the five loaves?

Also, thought has the properties of a magnet. Its effect as a magnet cannot be measured yet, but you can notice it if you carefully observe the situations happening to us. And to be more specific, it could be said that it is this magnetic influence of thought that is the karma that always follows us. As long as we have certain thoughts, they attract to us quite certain situations associated with these thoughts. By analyzing the situations in which we find ourselves, we can understand what is inside us, we can change our thoughts and beliefs so that this does not happen to us again. Remember thought is material …
