In many places of the Moscow region, residents had to observe various unusual phenomena in the sky, such as luminous or simply strange objects, the origin of which is not obvious. Usually, these are isolated cases that happened to individual people, whose stories then rarely someone seriously believes. But there are also places in the Moscow region where the appearance of UFOs has already become a tradition, if I may say so. There he is noticed with enviable regularity by a variety of people, whose testimonies then often coincide. One of these places is the outskirts of the Moscow region of Istra and the Novoierusalimskaya station.

One of the first records of UFO contact in the Istra region dates back to August 1979. One local resident went into the forest to pick mushrooms, and on the way back in a small forest glade he noticed a luminous object, oddly enough, resembling a giant mushroom in shape. Not far from the object, two low, dark figures were moving and did not seem to notice the mushroom picker. But as soon as he got a little closer, the figures disappeared, and the luminous "mushroom" soared into the sky and disappeared into the air, as if it were not there.

Of course, nobody believed the fantastic story of the mushroom picker, but just in case they decided to go to that forest glade. Surprisingly, at the point where the luminous object stood, a trace remained on the ground in the form of an even circle. Analysis of the soil inside and outside the circle gave different results. For example, grains of sand inside a circle when examined under a microscope were not round, but needle-shaped, and almost all bacteria died out in the soil. Outside the circle, the soil characteristics were quite common for the Moscow region. It was not logical to explain the nature of such a trace and the reasons for the changes in the soil from a scientific point of view, but they did not blame everything on aliens - after all, this approach is not held in high esteem by scientists. The incident was remembered and began to wait for further developments. And the events were not long in coming.

A year later, another local resident came out of the forest onto a clearing, where, under the power transmission towers, he saw a mushroom-shaped object standing on a luminous cone. A dark figure scurried about beside him, which suddenly stopped suddenly, noticing the person, made a sharp sound and disappeared along with his aircraft - so the eyewitness thought. The problem with this incident was that the man did not begin to tell anyone about what he had seen, so that he would not be considered a madman. He told me only a few years later, as if in jest and between times. However, his story was heard by people who know about the events of 1979, and were very interested in the details. But there were no details - he then did not know to check the trace under the power line.

Soon, these two contacts became public knowledge. As before, no one particularly believed in them, but everyone knew. As a result, more and more UFO eyewitnesses and incredible stories began to appear. Tracking the regularity of contacts, and most importantly, separating outright fiction from at least some facts has become very problematic. But the surroundings of Istra became very popular among ufologists, paranormal researchers and other romantics who came to the forest with tents and waited for a meeting with aliens.

There were also more serious researchers who, for example, carried out further study of the place of that very first contact. They buried test tubes with lactic acid bacteria in the ground, and after a few days they compared them with bacteria buried in an ordinary place. Despite the fact that in 1979, when the analysis of the soil from the circle showed that there were no living bacteria in it, after years the situation changed, and lactic acid bacteria in the test tube felt great. Moreover, they shared much more actively than in ordinary soil, where the second test tube was buried. The conclusions from such studies were very different, but all ufologists agreed that a UFO did land here.

In 1990, another contact took place, which stood out from the general background and firmly entered the annals of history. On an early summer morning, while everyone was asleep, an oval aircraft hovered over the site of one of the houses. What at that moment pushed the owner of the house to go out into the street - he could not explain later. He said that he suddenly woke up and felt that there was someone on the site. I went out onto the porch and saw two people dressed in space suits. Their faces were not visible, but by their build they were ordinary people. Pointing to a bed of strawberries, the newcomers asked the owner of the house in pure Russian: "What is this?" Having received an answer, they exchanged glances, examined the garden bed again, and then got into their apparatus and flew away. At the same time, the ship moved almost silently, and having gained an altitude of about 40-50 meters, it became barely noticeable, and then completely disappeared.

This story was perceived by many as humorous: "aliens flew for strawberries!" - the neighbors laughed. But there were also those who immediately confirmed its veracity, saying that they also saw an alien ship in the sky that morning.

Promotional video:

Later, the owner of the house, who saw the newcomers in his garden, met with Lyudmila Korabelnikova, known for her psychic abilities. From the photograph, she could determine almost the exact location of the missing person and her services were often used by the police and even the Ministry of Defense. In this case, there was no photograph, but when she was at the place where the ship was landing, Korabelnikova felt a certain field and established contact with the aliens. They told her that they flew from a planet located between the stars Pollux - the constellation Gemini, and Rigel - the constellation Orion. That there are still many other civilizations in space, besides ours and theirs. And that even in our galaxy - the Milky Way - there are remnants of a dead more ancient civilization than ours.

The story took on more and more fantastic character, and therefore the majority stopped believing in it altogether. Since then, there have been no more such high-profile contacts in the Istra region. But if you believe the rumors and the saying "there is no smoke without fire," even now in those places, unidentified flying objects are periodically noticed in the sky.
