The former NASA employee claims to have seen evidence of one of the most monumental mysteries in the history of space exploration in 1979. According to her, she witnessed how two human figures in spacesuits freely walked along the surface of the Red Planet towards the Viking rover (the device that preceded the Curiosity rover).

She identified herself as Jackie, but hides her real name for security reasons and claims to work for NASA, handling the telemetry link from the Mars lander - the first vehicle to send images of the Red Planet's surface back to Earth. At that moment, she saw two people walking on its surface, writes Metro.
The Viking rover moved around, and she and six of her colleagues watched it on multiple screens.
“At that moment I saw two men in spacesuits, but not in the bulky suits that we usually use. They appeared from over the horizon and headed towards the rover,”she said, adding that they blocked the video feed of what was happening to Earth.
Since then, she wonders if these were people or representatives of an extraterrestrial civilization.
Other conspiracy theorists have argued that it was a "secret" mission to Mars by the United States in the 1960s, and the Apollo moon landings were actually a cover for a broader study of the solar system.

Former CIA officer John Lear also claims that NASA flew to Mars in 1966, and that humans were adapted to breathe the thin Martian atmosphere. It should also be noted that Lear believes that human souls go to the moon after death and end up in a tall glass tower there, while toxic Venus is actually "green and beautiful."
"This kind of leaked information about secret space missions is growing and reminiscent of the infamous Serpo project," said Nigel Watson, author of a book on UFO studies.
According to him, in November 2005, he was able to get in touch with people who worked for US military intelligence, who told him about the emergency program to share experiences with aliens under the Serpo project. The results of the project were presented in a report of about 3,000 pages, written in the late 1970s and describing the fact that six aliens were removed from a UFO crash in Roswell.
They were all dead, except for one who allegedly helped organize a mission to train twelve people to visit his home planet Serpo in the Zeta system. This mission took place in 1965, and people stayed on an alien planet until 1978. During their stay, two of them died, two remained on the planet, and the rest, after returning to Earth, died due to the high level of radiation to which they were exposed on Serpo.
However, expert Bill Ryan, who posted these statements on the Web, believes that "the Serpo story is a mixture of misinformation and naturally occurring errors that surround the core of the truth."
