At the same time, NASA is in a hurry to remove images from the Spirit Front Hazcam 2169 photo catalog and come up with a ludicrous version explaining the mysterious base on Mars - that this is the lander of the rover.

At the time of taking the picture, Spirit managed to drive 7 kilometers 730 meters on the surface of Mars and this is official data. From this distance, he could not physically capture his own lander.
