An interesting artifact was discovered by an amateur ufologist in a recent photograph from the surface of Mars, provided by the space agency NASA. On the hillside, he examined the profile of a human face (see video below).
“This is further proof to me that an ancient civilization did exist on Mars,” says the author of the video, registered on YouTube as Paranormal Crucible.
Indeed, on the rock formation one can distinguish hair, eyes, a well-defined forehead, nose and lips. The ufologist has only slightly processed the image and believes that few natural stones can look like a human face.
“Despite the fact that I did some processing on this image, all the details remained in place,” he wrote under his video. "I didn't add anything, just a little color and smooth out the pixelation of the structure."
The imaginative ufologist already has many artifacts found on the Red Planet, from sculptures that look like earthlings to lizard-like creatures. In general, people tend to look for familiar images in unusual objects. And Martian photographs, as if on purpose, provoke the emergence of pareidolic illusions.
