The attention of aliens to Crimea has always been noted by ufologists, and today UFOs are seen here more and more often, for example, recently we told that Crimeans watched "wandering lights" in the evening sky near the construction of the Kerch Bridge. And more recently, a UFO was filmed over the Cossack Bay of Sevastopol (see video).
And although the video is amateur, not at all important in quality, it attracted the attention of many ufologists and Internet users in general. True, skeptics were immediately found, considering that the Sevastopol took a bird or even a trace from an airplane for a "flying saucer". A very unfortunate, I must say, comparison, because in the video, despite its low quality, a strange object in the sky is clearly visible, and it does not in any way look like a bird, and even less like some kind of foggy trail in the sky.
Opinion on this matter of Ivan Parfentiev - Deputy Director of the State Public Institution "Center for the provision of civil protection measures":
We have not received any official reports of strange objects over Sevastopol. Personally, I don't really trust all this talk and amateur material about UFOs and aliens. It's all the same that ghost stories and cemetery horror stories …
But Alexander Lesovsky, who leads the astronomical circle in the hero city, takes UFOs more seriously, believing that aliens have been following us for a long time, and their flying vehicles are already becoming a common occurrence in our life. True, he did not hear about the occurrence of a UFO over the Cossack Bay of the city:
But this may well be, says the astronomer, for example, they appear over Chersonesos quite often, according to my calculations, they should arrive again just a few days ago. But most often one can observe in our Sevastopol anomalous phenomena caused either by aliens, or by someone else or something, in the sky above the Gorny camp. From August to November, translucent luminous disks often appear in the sky here. They are small in size, but very remarkable and completely unexplored - no one even knows their nature.
By the way, the children of the camp always react very emotionally to these strange UFOs that appear over the horizon, immediately attributing them to aliens. At first I tried to reason with the guys, explaining that, perhaps, there are no "little green men" and there is no need to bother with them. And then I thought: let them fantasize, let them believe, even if it is not so, then such a belief is better than materialistic nihilism. But it seems that UFOs and aliens are far from an invention of ufologists …
And this can be confirmed not only by the current video material, but also by numerous other meetings of the Crimean people with something unknown and beyond, including UFOs, breakthroughs into parallel worlds, mythical creatures such as the Yeti or the Karadag snake and other anomalies that do not fit into academic framework of ideas about the world around us. In Crimea, apparently, it is even more "thin" and "transparent" …
