Absolute proof has been found that the French witnessed UFO sightings so many times in the 1600s that they decided to put images of some of them on coins.
This French token was minted sometime between 1656-1680. It was used as a cash equivalent or as a cash substitute in gambling. It was worth a quarter of a US dollar and is similar to the thousands of tokens that were produced and used for various religious or educational purposes in Europe during the 16th and 17th centuries.
This copy has left for centuries the memory of a UFO, whose appearance resembles a wheel. Some researchers believe that this image represents the wheel of the biblical prophet Ezekiel. The Latin inscription "OPPORTUNUS ADEST" translates as "Right here at the right time."
“If you're lucky, you can find one on Ebay for anywhere between $ 20 and $ 500, depending on the seller's asking price and condition, said famed ufologist Scott Waring. “I heard from a guy who bought a coin like this for only $ 45 just because he pressed the Buy Now button on time and transferred the money.
