In the mid-60s, Virgo Mitt, a resident of the village of M. (not far from Tallinn), was digging a well in his yard. Suddenly the shovel bumped into some kind of metal object. Attempts to dig up the find or bypass it were unsuccessful. Virgo got hold of a jackhammer. For hours he smashed an unexpected obstacle, punching a hole in it: in vain, or something, digging!
The top, very hard layer was not thick. Another texture went deeper - “like icicles or carnations”. A few days later, in the slab, four centimeters thick, a hole gaped, quite suitable for a well. Water began to arrive quickly, and Virgo decided to complete the epic with the well on this. He threw out the fragments of the stove, but left a couple of larger pieces as a keepsake. Once Virgo told a chemist friend about an unusual find. And this piece ended up at the Tallinn Polytechnic Institute, and in 1969 found itself on the desk of a researcher, in the future Deputy Director for Science of the Institute of Geology of the Academy of Sciences of the ESSR, Herbert A. Wiiding.

This is where the story would have ended if one of the engineers hadn't accidentally touched the shard. The blow was like a powerful electrical discharge - the engineer lost consciousness. Wiiding was shocked: how many times he took metal in his hands - nothing like that. He began his own research. About three hundred questionnaires remained after his experiments.
From 1970 to 1982, the sample of the object "M" (as it was designated in official reports) was sent for analysis in the laboratories of Moscow, Leningrad, Kiev … But the scientist could not get information about the results obtained.
Thirty Eight Elements
No one really knew where he worked, what position was occupied by "the most secret man in Estonia" Anne Parve. It was known that he was associated with the development of new technologies for astronautics. Perhaps that's all, except for his strange "hobby": for more than a dozen years he was looking for traces of a certain Captain Abel. In mid-1938, he allegedly invented a new type of light weapon and offered a prototype to the Ministry of Defense of the then Estonia.
Herbert Wiiding, who was at a standstill in his research, turned to Enn Parve for help.
Using diamond saws, the fragment was cut into several thin plates (at the same time, superhard inclusions disabled two saws!) And transferred them for examination to MEPhI, Research Institute of Rare Metal Industry (Giredmet), All-Union Institute of Mineral Resources (VIMS), Institute of Aviation Materials (VIAM), IISS.
The results astounded scientists. In an insignificant volume of plates, up to 38 elements of the periodic table were found, many of them do not occur together in nature. According to the conclusion of academician I. F. Obraztsov and Professor A. I. Yelkin (MISS), the sample was "a composite material reinforced with calcium-iron-silicon fibers, the matrix of which is metallic glass."
“The use of alloys of this type as a structural material in aviation technology is unknown. An alloy of this type should have high heat resistance, high resistance in a boiling mixture of acids of any concentration”(academician ST. Kishkin, VIAM). According to experts, the material was most likely obtained by the method of powder metallurgy at unusually high pressures, which cannot be obtained at the current level of development of science and technology on Earth.
“The data on the chemical composition, structure of the material and its composite features allow us to draw the following conclusions: a) the assumption of the meteoric origin of the studied material disappears; b) the possibility of making such a material using terrestrial technology disappears; c) it is most likely that the UFO material was investigated”(Academician NN Sotchevanov).
By order of the vice-president of the USSR Academy of Sciences, academician A. A. Yanshin in 1984 tried to clarify the location of the object and obtain additional samples. Water was pumped out of the well and the walls were probed with a magnetometer. At a depth of 6.5 meters, "a signal was detected indicating the presence of something <strong magnetic material."
It was not possible to retrieve samples due to the abundant inflow of water and the onset of frost. In the summer of the following year, a horizontal layer of pyrite was found at the same depth. They came to the conclusion that this layer is creating a magnetic anomaly, and the work was stopped. Officially.

The road did not take us long, and soon we stopped in a small village. "Well, where is this place?" - I asked, looking around. “But for the purity of the experiment, I would like you to find it yourself,” X smiled. Half an hour of “dancing with frames” around the garden, and I’m in the “epicenter”.

An unremarkable backyard of a country house. But the frames indicate a strong anomaly in the form of two concentric circles: the inner (more powerful), with a diameter of about 4 meters, and the outer, with a radius of about 8-9 meters, partially goes under the house and behind the fence to the neighbors.

Our director also suffered, although he did not go to the "epicenter" - his hair fell for three days. Further it gets worse. One of us had a sharp drop in vision (and did not recover). Another two days after a visit to the backyard was hospitalized - the frontal and maxillary sinuses became inflamed. “It looks like you got some kind of radiation. Where?" - the doctor inquired. Exactly a year did not pass the state of constant weakness …
It is difficult to say how much the illness of the owner of the house was associated with the object, but the fact remains: his legs failed, he lay motionless for 7 years and died, being far from an old person.
Where did this D. come from?
In 1985, the work was officially stopped. But suddenly a certain D. appears and easily concludes an agreement with the Institute of Geology of the Academy of Sciences of the ESSR on "experimental verification of the possibilities of transferring information impact along the D-field." Nobody had any idea what the D-field was. However, as well as the purpose of the equipment that was brought.
D. had 14 people at his disposal, some of them were military. The group was assigned a separate room, where the equipment was placed, and a round-the-clock watch was organized.
What was D. going to investigate? I will not burden the reader with citing the difficulties from the protocol of April 7, 1986, I will say more simply: his task was to check how the complex "D-field generators plus anomalous underground objects" would work and how a person would react to it. At the conclusion of the contract, it was not about one, but about two anomalous metal objects in the ground, and with their very detailed initial characteristics.
Excavations began outside the anomalous zone. In the garden on the eastern side of the house, a pit was dug 6 meters deep and 12x10 meters in size. An abandoned well was dug, and a horizontal excavation was made under the garage at a depth of 6 meters. Four months later, when one of the participants received a blow in the stomach with a strange "green triangle" protruding from the wall of the well, and lost consciousness, hastily curtailed work, the group left.
It is known that D. proposed to build a special research center with four underground floors over the object "M". In the meantime, a special research institute of the Ministry of Defense signed an agreement on drilling three wells around the facility and placing special equipment in them. In the summer of 1988, Herbert Wijding came to the site to clarify the drilling site, but it never started.
And in September of the same year, Wiiding unexpectedly dies (of a heart attack), and a safe with documents on object "M" disappears from his office. Anne Parwe died a year later. Shortly before his death, he complained that a piece of metal from Object M had mysteriously disappeared from his diplomat.

What was the object "M"? Academician Sotchevanov showed me the drawings and diagrams that he drew up based on the results of his dowsing studies on the ground. He used a plate of a mysterious metal as a resonator.
“… An oval outline of the object with a diameter of about 15 meters has been established. The depth of its upper boundary is from 3 to 7 meters with a dip to the east at an angle of 35-40 degrees. The vertical thickness of the object in the middle part reaches 2.5-4 meters with a decrease along the edges. Approximately one third of the property is located under a residential building. Judging by the specific gravity of the sample, the weight of the shell alone is about 200 tons."
Magnetometric studies showed "the presence of a metal layer with an angle of 20-30 degrees to the east." Geophysicists have noted a minimum magnetic field of about 3000 nantesla at this place. VNIIYAG specialists have established that there is a conducting body at a depth of 4-6 meters.
There is also an indirect indicator. Strange things happened from time to time in the house above the object. Earthenware moved by itself, someone's footsteps and knocks were heard, in the basement they watched the glow of an unlit light bulb. It is believed that the reason may well be the "plate": it could disrupt the space-time structure of this place and, as it were, narrow the "distance" between our material world and the more subtle worlds, and therefore it is much easier for astral bodies to invade our life.
What does official science say? "In connection with the violation of the water-resistant horizon by the workings passed, the site is swamped and the foundation of the house is flooded, which leads to a change in the comfortable state of the dwelling, the formation of man-made waveguides and the development of poltergeist phenomena …"

Hotheads offered to demolish the house and pull the "plate" into the light of God. “After all, 200 tons of unique metal plus, possibly, engines, equipment!..” Is it worth it? We don't even remotely imagine how this thing might react to our invasion.
It is possible that this is not a UFO crashed at all, as some suggest, but an alien probe playing some important role in our life … Nobody knows when it fell underground. They are called X-XI centuries. It is even rumored that in some old church there is a fresco with his image. There are several versions of how he ended up underground. One of them is quite curious.
Observations of UFOs and NGOs (underwater objects) say that a dense medium (water, earth) is not a hindrance for them. Scientists assume that for some time N. N. Socivan objects are able to neutralize the forces of nuclear interaction around them and freely pass through dense structures. So the object "M" is able to migrate and dematerialize for a while, that is, it has the properties of appearing and disappearing. One of the "contactees" assured me that this alien probe plays the role of a generator correcting the Earth's psi-field. There are several such generators on Earth. Two work for Russia: Tallinn and Khabarovsk.
… At the beginning of May 1991, an entire expedition arrived in the settlement of M. From Japan. As in archaeological excavations, the entire territory was divided into squares and methodically began to be buried in the ground. The trouble was that the pit was constantly filled with water. But this is not so bad. It turned out that not everything is clear in the permission received by the Japanese. A scandal erupted, and the Japanese were forced to go home.
I watched the video recordings (the works were recorded by Estonians on tape) and did not notice any particular despondency on the faces of the Japanese. They even seemed to be quite happy with the results. It is curious that, as it turned out later, a personnel intelligence officer led their group.
