Nowadays, it is no longer a novelty when a patient comes to an appointment with a neuropsychiatrist or psychiatrist and talks about his contacts with aliens. Are such cases a consequence of an illness or is a disease a consequence of such cases?
In Ukraine, I will say without exaggeration, there are thousands of such "patients". Hastily their stories can be called "a game of a sick mind" and "the case is closed." But when you understand that some of these stories belong to mentally stable, educated people, you ask yourself: are these "aliens" parapsychic phenomena, in which physical and psychological manifestations are combined in a special way?
In order to answer this question, consider some specific examples of "victims".
1990 year. Locksmith of the Crimean shipyard Alexey B. was kidnapped three times by unknown creatures for love with aliens. Each time after his abduction, doctors found 12 extremely painful, bleeding T-shaped incisions on his body. If after the first abduction the psyche of the locksmith Bondarenko did not suffer, then after the second he came to his senses for almost a week. And after the third, mental and muscle reactions significantly slowed down, extensive memory gaps were revealed, the gait became mechanical, like a robot. The doctors could not make any clear diagnosis for him.
In February 1994, a resident of Uzhgorod I. Cellar was injured with fractured ribs. After the necessary procedures in the hospital, the woman returned home and described the subsequent events as follows: She sat down on the sofa and took an analgesic. The pain did not go away, and I could not sleep for a long time … From the pain I began to faint. At about one in the morning, it seemed to me that someone was in my room. Very graceful, slender creatures, 2, 5 meters in height, stood next to me … With lightning speed, as if through a fog, they took me somewhere.
The room is painted yellow and white. Another alien entered - a gray face, big blue eyes, long fingers. Needles glittered on each finger. The newcomer with one stroke stuck all the needles into the near-costal tissue, into the area of pain, and injected something there. They lifted me up and carried me. It does not hurt anymore. I felt better and thanked God for the help sent … Two weeks later, a strange inner voice forced me to engage in physiotherapy exercises …
In May 1987, G. V. Kernosenko (a resident of the village of Dmitrovo, Alexandria District, Kirovograd Region) disappeared from his home for several days. His wife asked him to feed the poults. So he drove them to the gate. Suddenly the gates opened by themselves, and he saw behind them a strange structure, like a silvery dome. Two men, dressed in black, leaned out of the dome and ordered: Sit down!
- I sat down in some comfortable chair. I see three people sitting next to me in the same chairs - two men dressed in black and a woman in a light robe that emitted light. The woman was very beautiful, with long braids. One of the men grunted: Now you will fly with us. Before I knew it, stars appeared behind the windows. I was very confused and asked: - Guys, will you bring me back? The woman said: - Where we took it, we will return it there.

We flew in complete silence for a long time, even a very long time. During the flight, my mouth was smeared several times with some kind of white paste without taste and smell.
Finally, they arrived somewhere, They say to me: - Come out!
I go out completely scared. I see that a one-story town is spread out in front of me. All houses have pointed roofs, and on each roof there is a cross! And from the crosses comes a radiance. And some trees were still blooming there.
The sun is not visible. The weather is cloudy. However, maybe it was just the early morning time … I didn't have time to really see the surroundings, as they tell me:
- Fly back!
I don't remember anything further. According to my feelings, the whole flight lasted three or four hours.
I came to my senses already in my yard. It's raining, morning, my son lifts me off the ground. I can't understand where he came from, because my son is not with us, but lives in Dnepropetrovsk … Only then I found out that I had been absent for five days, and my wife sent a telegram to her son, they say, come, dad, probably died, although no one, including the police, cannot yet find his body …
Not and so on … There are a great many such stories in the archives of ufologists!
Summarizing the stories of "contactees", we see that some of these events can be considered from the point of view of psychology (contact on the border of reality and sleep, as well as the complete absence of evidence of physical contact), the other part - exclusively from the point of view of physics (such contact involves physical impact to an eyewitness: scars on the body, failure of electronic and other equipment, etc.).
This classification allows psychiatrists to call some of the contactees "mentally ill", and ufologists to find examples of "actually held contacts." But in practice, the attitude towards the same event often depends on the circumstances and the point of view of the researchers! In addition, the events we are considering are so mobile that they allow for both psychological and physical interpretation.
Hence it follows that the division into "sick" and "healthy" is fundamentally wrong. Most likely, these phenomena are strange hybrids in the zone between consciousness and matter. The Swedish psychologist Carl Jung in 1964 called such experiences "psychoid".
"Psychoid phenomena" fall into three broad categories:
1. Synchronous connections between consciousness and matter (unusual synchronous phenomena connecting various kinds of transpersonal experiences with physical events of the phenomenal world - consciousness interacts in a special way with the world of matter, creating meaningful images and events;
2. Spontaneous psychoid events (psychological processes affect physical reality, violating laws that are binding from the point of view of mechanistic science);
3. Intentional psychokinesis (the ability to influence the material environment by psychological means or actions that do not have the usual causal relationships).
Recognizing the possibility of the above-described psychic abilities, we thereby dot the "i" in the study of abnormal phenomena. Although the existence and nature of "transpersonal experiences" violate the fundamental assumptions of classical science. Such ideas as direct connections of the Universe, communications through unknown channels, consciousness associated with organic and inorganic matter, the relativity and conventionality of all physical boundaries, etc. pass from the category of absurd to real ones.
Contacts of people with aliens, animal spirits and superhuman entities, poltergeist, clairvoyance and clairaudience, travel in space and time, experiences outside the body are the result of the interaction of consciousness and matter … It should be especially noted that the reality of these phenomena emerges from Jung's theory, however, most modern psychologists they prefer not to recall his forays into the field of the "unscientific." Jung himself considered these "unscientific studies" as an important part of his teaching.
"Psychoid states" generate revolutionary implications for the understanding of psychopathology and offer new therapeutic possibilities - unthinkable in traditional psychiatry. “Mental health without drugs” is the slogan of the psychology of the future, since we are not treating “mentally ill” in the traditional sense of the word, but, apparently, “geniuses”.
