The US military and scientists came into contact with alien beings who passed on some of their technology to them. This was stated by Paul Hellyer, a former Defense Secretary of Canada
The 87-year-old engineer, longest serving member of the Royal Privy Council, has long talked about aliens, flying saucers, and alien technology. This week the former Canadian Deputy Prime Minister will speak at the International UFO Congress in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Hellyer said that while in office, he did not discuss these issues with other high-ranking officials. However, the Canadian Department of Defense receives regular reports of UFOs, he says. In 80 percent of the cases, it turned out that these were natural phenomena, but the rest of the incidents could not be explained from the point of view of modern science.
Hellyer also claims that the Americans have alien technology at their disposal, which they passed on during their contacts. In particular, these technologies can significantly help preserve the environment, the former minister said. Through contacts, the United States has found new ways to get energy.
Hellyer talks about this in his book The Light at the End of the Tunnel: Human Survival Plan. The author believes that the American "shadow government" is behind the developments, but he himself admits that this is just his assumption, for which he has no proof.
