A keen sky watcher named Jason Maggard believes he filmed the most stunning moonrise on May 1, 2018 (delete video below).
Jason says that he constantly monitors the rising and setting of the Sun and the Moon, while in his observation diary, he records all the unique phenomena associated with earthly luminaries.
This time he watched the rising of the moon, which, in his opinion, became a truly unique at the same time strange sight. The strange thing was that the moon rising from the clouds was studying a bright column of light.
“I shot it in the evening, about an hour after sunset. Therefore, it is obvious that it is not the Sun that illuminates the Moon,”wrote Jason Maggard under his video.
Since Jason is convinced that the Sun could not illuminate the Moon at that moment, he wonders what could be the cause of such a rare celestial phenomenon, which lasted about 30 minutes.
Viewers who watched the video unanimously claimed that the rising moon last night was really very large and emitted a yellowish-orange glow.
