Two witnesses who participated in secret research and development of projects of American defense agencies independently confirmed their teleportations to American bases on Mars and meetings with intelligent representatives of this planet. Their stories are now available on the Internet. Relevant links are given at the bottom of this article.

One of the witnesses, Arthur Newmann, who until recently introduced himself as Henry Deacon, was in the past associated with one of the US government agencies.

On July 25, 2009 at the Barcelona Exopolitics Summit, Mr. Neumann publicly stated: “There is life on Mars. There are bases on Mars. I was there . The next day, Mr. Deacon participated in a documentary interview organized by Project Camelot, in which he provided details of his teleportation to Mars and participation in a one-hour meeting, which was also attended by representatives of an intelligent civilization living below the surface of Mars.

Another witness, attorney Andrew D. Basiago, was a former minor participant in a secret time travel project launched by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). In a six-hour interview, released on August 31, 2009, Mr. Basiago recounts his experiences with Project Pegasus from 1969 to 1972. and describes his research into past and future events, which he conducted through teleportation and chronovision at the dawn of the US government's space-time research.

Mr. Basiago confirms that the US government has been teleporting people to Mars for decades and describes the startling facts of his own teleportations to Mars, which he performed in 1981, as a minor participant in the Pegasus Project.

Mr. Basiago also testified publicly that in 1970, along with his father, the late Raymond F. Basiago, a Ralph M. Parsons engineer who worked on classified aerospace projects, he met with three Martian astronauts at the Curtiss Aircraft Manufacturing facility. Wright in Wood Ridge, New Jersey, as the Martians arrived on Earth on a mission to meet with US defense technicians.

According to Basiago's testimony, the US government had ready-made teleportation equipment from 1967-68 and by 1969-70 had already begun training personnel taken from gifted schoolchildren, including himself, to further form the first generation of chrononauts or spacetime travelers.

The result of his training was a teleportation to Mars in 1981, when Basiago was 19 years old. He made his first trip on his own after completing training under the direction of CIA officer Courtney M. Hunt. Then, for the second time, Basiago was teleported alongside Courtney Hunt. Both trips, according to Basiago, were made from a "teleportation room" (jump room), located at one of the CIA facilities in El Segundo, California. The reason for these travels was familiarity with the planet Mars, since the CIA knew about its future destiny, as one of the explorers who discovered life on Mars. The agency considered it important to arrange for him a trip to Mars and a direct acquaintance with this planet.

Mr. Basiago's involvement in childhood space and time exploration, as well as the identity of CIA officer Courtney M. Hunt, have been confirmed by Dr. Maria Arrigo, who works on US defense and intelligence projects. Basiago's testimony is also corroborated by US Army Captain Ernest Garcia, who, among other things, served as a security officer on Israeli archaeologist Yigal Yadin's expedition to find the Dead Sea Scrolls, and was the security attaché for the aforementioned Project Pegasus.

Arthur Newmann states that he was teleported to Mars to attend a meeting with its sentient inhabitants. Basiago has also publicly stated that he and his father were present for a brief meeting with three astronauts from Mars at one of the facilities of a company fulfilling orders for the US defense agencies.

These independent witness statements provide a basis for proving the existence of an intelligent civilization living beneath the surface of Mars and that this civilization participates in secret programs of various departments of the US government, including the CIA.

Basiago says he was briefed by the CIA seven times at different times about his future work in Mars exploration. Five of these episodes included informational briefings in which he was exposed details of his upcoming work Discovery of Life on Mars (2008), in which he talks about the existence of life forms on the ecologically unstable surface of Mars.

The other two episodes were meetings with Martian astronauts on Curtiss Wright in 1970 and his two journeys to Mars in 1981. These were "hands-on exercises," apparently aimed at preparing Basiago for his future role as a witness to the existence of a strategic relationship between the US government and the civilization of Mars.

These inputs, given by Bosiago, were apparently the result of CIA discoveries made in 1967-68 that showed that Basiago's work on Mars would become important to international security. According to Basiago's testimony, when the CIA sent him to Mars in 1981, he was told that he should go there, but not why.

Mr. Basiago told Examiner:

“When I asked Courtney M. Hunt why I needed to teleport to Mars, he replied,“Because the survival of humanity depends on it.” Now one can only guess what the CIA knew at that time.

“I was definitely ready to teleport to Mars, as I was teleported from New Jersey to New Mexico and back many times, like many of the children involved in the Pegasus project. However, the more specific reasons for my travels to Mars remain a mystery.

Andrew D. Basiago is the Founder and President of the Mars Anomaly Research Society, whose work is dedicated to educating the general public about the existence of life on Mars and the new international law and policy issues surrounding this fact.
