In fact, Helja has been telling stories about UFOs and aliens since 2005. Then his revelations really became sensational. But, as is usually the case with such stories, the information wave has subsided, and the owners of flying saucers may not worry about being exposed yet.
The last interview of the Canadian again forced the press to raise the issue of the presence of aliens on Earth, although he did not tell the world anything fundamentally new. Most importantly, behind the words there is no evidence of destructive power, which would finally put an end to the issue of the presence of aliens on Earth.
In the famous movie Men in Black, Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones) gets the latest news about aliens from the cheap tabloid press. Taking a newspaper out of a trash can, he said that the whole truth about UFOs is in these publications. However, reports about UFOs no-no, yes, they slip through in reputable publications, to which the Russia Today channel can be attributed. One of the oldest and most reputable organizations in our country seriously studying the issue of the presence of UFOs on Earth - "Kosmopoisk" - published a report on observations under the UFOSETI program for 2013. “A total of 202 messages were received during the year, which is comparable to the data for previous years. Almost 100 messages came from Russia, more than 30 - from the CIS countries (mainly from Ukraine), more than 60 - from other countries of the world. So far, 27 messages have been explained by "earthly" reasons … Like last year, up to 95% of incoming photographs and videos are identified as not containing images of any anomalous objects. Nevertheless, the stream of news about strange phenomena continues. On January 17, Mail Online talks about a mysterious triangular object discovered on the moon by Google Moon. Its size is so large that it can be identified as an alien base on the moon. Also, the author of this find claims that something similar was recently discovered in Antarctica. Probably, we are talking about a source of strange short-wave radiation allegedly discovered in Antarctica near Neumeier station at a depth of about 100 feet.

In this regard, the story of the expedition of the US Navy to the shores of Antarctica immediately after the end of World War II comes to mind. It is said that a group of warships was attacked by a UFO and barely took their feet from there. Naturally, all information about the incident was classified.
On January 23, the British media spread information about the incident, which took place last summer. Pilots of a civilian airliner nearly collided in the air with a UFO near Heathrow Airport (London). According to the aircraft commander, the object, which looked like a rugby ball, was on an intersecting course. The pilot expected some kind of impact on the plane from the UFO (collision), but this did not happen. The object has disappeared. A little later, the pilot reported everything to the dispatchers. The presence of terrestrial objects (balls, probes, etc.) was excluded. Nobody could explain what the pilots saw.
On January 7, Euronews, citing local police, reported that a UFO had disrupted the smooth operation of the Bremen airport (Germany). The object was recorded on the radar, but what this phenomenon was, remained unclear. As a result of the incident, the routes of several flights were changed. There has long been a document on the Web, declassified by the British, containing pilot reports of UFO encounters. The document is so voluminous and meaningful that it is impossible to call absolutely all observations an illusion.
In addition to the Moon and Mars, where corrosive enthusiasts are looking for signs of the presence of aliens using officially published images, reports of the appearance of huge mysterious objects in the immediate vicinity of our star caused a great resonance last year. One of the most recent reports dates back to January 20, when a strange square object was again discovered in photographs of the sun taken by NASA spacecraft. This time, writes UFO Sightings Daily, UFOs were registered not as close to the star as before. The press put forward a variety of versions of these phenomena: from a banal marriage in the production of pictures to the fact that we are watching the refueling of an alien starship. Official science, of course, is silent.
But the most exciting message of recent times is not from a retired Canadian minister, but from conspiracy theorists. They believe (in their opinion - not without reason) that Russia through Edward Snowden gained access to secret documents of the US National Security Agency, which contain irrefutable evidence of the active activity of aliens on Earth. They allegedly seized power in the United States long ago, and global surveillance is the work of aliens.
This raises questions: where are the Men in Black looking and why did they allow such an outrage? Although the statements of the conspiracy theorists partly overlap with the statements of Paul Helier.
If we put together all the facts of the appearance of UFOs both on Earth and in the Solar System, collected from the late 40s of the last century, it turns out that near-Earth space and the Earth itself are literally flooded with aliens. In fact, Paul Helier has been telling the whole world about this for several years already, and hot enthusiasts warn about this. But once again I would like to note: these are all just words so far. We can believe them, or we can accept them as a fascinating, but still fantastic story.
The main question, to which there is still no reasonable answer: if aliens are here, then why? The answers arising from our ideas and logic do not stand up to scrutiny. They are allegedly watching us and “are very concerned that we can use nuclear weapons again, and because the Cosmos is a unity,” says Helier.
I just want to say: "Come on!" For the races that possess hyperspace technologies, our antediluvian bomb is no more terrible than a firecracker, and even more they do not care about how the nuclear conflict will end for us. We are still trying to apply the logic generated by the human mind to assess the actions of aliens, if they exist and are among us.
Another common statement is, "They need our resources." Oh really? If they are needed, they would have taken what they need so long ago. And then, what such resources do We have that They do not have? The “seizure of power” looks even more ridiculous. Why would a group of aliens, consisting of several dozen races (as Helly says), have power over humanity? Even on Earth there are people who do not care deeply about power as a goal. According to Helja, it turns out that a representative group of aliens gathered on the outskirts of the Galaxy, solely to control several billion primitive creatures, which in most cases are so "intelligent" that they are not able to agree on elementary things: ecology, peaceful coexistence, rational use of natural resources.
The following is also noteworthy: speculation about UFOs emerges most often during various crises. Here another theory, which is closer to us, is most likely: the distraction of the attention of society and the press from earthly realities (war, hunger, environmental problems, oil crises, etc.). And UFOs are only part of the noodle-hanging system.
According to the calculations of the author of the book "Aliens over Russia" (1990) Solomon Shulman, 5 million people since the end of the 19th century have encountered the UFO phenomenon in different parts of the world. "If they fly at all, then it is logical to assume that the density of their flights over the globe is approximately the same, especially since information about them came from 133 countries of the world," says Shulman.
We, of course, could not analyze hundreds of thousands - and, perhaps, millions! - reports of UFO sightings. But some fairly representative bibliographic selection from the same book by Solomon Shulman and from several other similar publications (in total - about 300 references) "head-on" was studied with a pencil in hand. The task was simple: to compile the distribution of the frequency of mentioning the UFO subject in Russian-language periodicals over the years. The time interval is from 1956 to 2002. This distribution has four clearly defined "bulges": 1966-1973, 1978-1980, 1989-1992, 1999-2002.
Then all that remained was to impose these "bulges" on the historical canvas.

And now - another "bulge" in the frequency of mentioning UFOs. It is not even necessary to say with what events such activity of "aliens" can be connected. There are more events than ever before: from the global economic crisis to the revelations of the same Snowden.
So, the frequency of the increase in publications about UFOs turns out to be a completely reliable indicator of the upcoming geopolitical and technogenic cataclysms.
In terms of facts, at the moment we can only say for sure that there is something that does not yet lend itself to description, clear fixation, registration and explanation in terms understandable to people. It exists on Earth and in near-Earth space. And the further we explore space, the closer we come to the answers to many questions. If these are aliens, then the capture of the Earth is hardly in their plans. Probably, if we ourselves were aliens in another world, the idea of capture would be one of the considered. But where is the guarantee that everyone thinks the same as the majority of earthlings?
Most likely, the aliens solve issues that even now cannot come to our minds, and from time to time we observe their movements in space and between spaces. It is difficult to believe the unfounded statements of the ex-officials, but you can believe the pilots, astronauts and cosmonauts, many of whom have met face to face with things that cannot yet be explained. Often they probably know what they are talking about, but do not tell us about it.
And the fact that the authorities hide from mankind terabytes of various kinds of information, including scientific, is in itself no secret. We can say for sure that if someone dug up an ancient UFO now, for example, in Antarctica, then we most likely will not wait for an official statement unless someone or something forces the authorities to do it.
