- We live on the eve of the quantum leap. Soon humanity will reach a new level of development and will live in a qualitatively different environment. This transition will begin, according to my calculations, at the end of October 2013. This is a rather difficult stage. Its severity will depend on the spiritual, creative potential with which humanity approaches it. Nobody can say how this will happen, but in any case it will depend on the general condition of mankind for this period.
Is humanity ready for the transition?
- In general, the background on Earth is not very favorable for the transition. There is an increase in chaos in the world now. This happens in the world of science, and in art, and in society. In the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century, science and culture flourished. Since the second half of the 20th century, chaos has prevailed in the world. Culture began to lose its pure divine features. Pop music, "metal", cubism - they do not reflect the harmony of the world, all this introduces humanity into chaos. Man is the highest being on Earth. The Creator has created all the conditions for a person to live happily on this planet. Nature, plants, animals were created for him. We must be grateful for this and use the opportunities provided for the good. But we are creating chaos.
How inevitable is chaos during this period?
- Any quantum leap is accompanied by the emergence of chaos. This is the law of fractal systems. Our world here on Earth is a fractal system. At the end of a certain stage of development, chaos arises in the system and a new structure is built. After the quantum leap, a small number of individuals from the previous system remain: there will be as many of them as is necessary for the development of a given civilization at a new stage.
There have already been quantum leaps in the history of the Earth. By their example, we see that during this period several types of living beings disappeared. At the same time, new species suddenly appear. The Creator already knows how and under what conditions certain types of living beings can live and develop, since similar systems have already existed on other planets. The Creator has already determined the area of their existence and knows how they will behave on Earth after its transition to a different level. He brings these views during the quantum transition.

- I managed to scientifically prove the existence of the Creator and discover the most general laws of nature.
The Central Law is the Law of Creation, which includes the main formula in the life of the Universe - the Basic Genome of the World. This is a common scientific foundation on which the understanding of other laws and regularities, their interdependence and mutual influence is based. As a result of these discoveries, it became possible to answer many questions that previously remained a mystery of Nature.
I have been doing science for 51 years. My discoveries were made on the basis of everything that was created in the previous period of the development of science and culture. Culture and religions recreate the general picture of the life and development of the Earth. I managed to combine the scattered knowledge of sciences into a single space science of our Earth. As a representative of science, I gave an evidence base for those fundamental processes that occur on Earth.

- When they ask me if I believe in God, I answer: "I know that he is!"

Knowledge of the laws already gives a lot for the formation of a person's behavior. Compliance with laws is, first of all, moral behavior, and morality is already embedded in a person, in every cell, in every atom. If you act against morality, you are shortening your life. The World Spirit is present in every atom of man and the entire Universe. We are all under the control of God, no matter what we do, everything becomes known to him. According to our business, people are being selected for the transition to a new level. From the point of view of the Hierarchs, a choice is made, these people deserve to live in the new world, and these are not very good. But even these people, while unworthy to overcome the transition, can use their chance and begin to behave differently. For this, the laws are open, use them in your life, change your life, and they will be able to move to a new level,overcoming the difficulties of a quantum transition.

- I've been in science for 51 years. Now I work at the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences in the Department of Noosphere Education. To maintain my health I go in for sports - race walking.
There is a law of elevation of spirituality. It was discovered by Wilhelm Wund, an outstanding German psychologist and philosopher. French psychologists studied the potential of a person and came to the conclusion that a person reaches maximum intelligence by the age of 19-21. Over the course of life, the level of intelligence in an ordinary person decreases and reaches a critical level by the age of 40.
Intelligence can increase with age! If a person takes care of himself, raises his spiritual level, then the level of intelligence grows, creativity develops, while maintaining a good level of health. This happens because a person includes in his activity the deeper layers of atoms, which have twenty-seven layers of power. The most powerful are in the depths, the least powerful are at the surface. Most people use surface layers. Geniuses live at the expense of deeper layers, from the eighth onward. In this regard, they are not understood by the majority, since they live according to different principles, according to different concepts.
