And this remains the main mystery of researchers - how did the ancient Egyptians do everything with such precision at a time when there were no advanced technologies (at least according to historians)? According to Egyptologists, the ancient Egyptians used copper saws, water and sand to process granite. But these tools and methods would at most allow them to divide the stone blocks into two parts, but hand tools are not enough for this level of precision.
For processing granite, modern machines with powerful pressure are required, capable of processing hard rock. Nowadays, machines with diamond burs and hydraulic drive are used for this. Scientists naturally believe that there was no similar technique in ancient Egypt, but traces of the past in Abusir seem to demonstrate the presence of a similar technique at that time.
