Regression is someone else's life
The idea of transmigration of souls has spread widely in the West. True, we can hear more and more often about karma and about our past lives. But all this (both for them and for us) without the proper depth and without understanding the essence of the problem. People who believe in soul transmigration can console themselves with the fact that their physical and mental weaknesses are not the result of their wrong behavior in this real life, but occur objectively as a result of what happened to them in their past lives. In the same way, it is possible to write off your wrong actions or decisions in this life at the expense of those mistakes that have already been committed in previous lives (the job is done, what can you do now).
The idea of reincarnation allows the layman to compensate for the boredom and emptiness of his present existence with a fantasy of a past life rich in events and adventures (or even royalty). A person is not able to mobilize himself in striving to achieve his goals in real life. Well, it's okay - many lives still await, I still can catch up. All problems that are associated with an inferiority complex, which, if not a large part, then a good half of humanity suffer, are being solved. This complex can be compensated for, covered with events from past lives, which you can draw at your own discretion. It is possible to see yourself in a previous life as an important person, the main participant in historical events.
In this vein, the idea of soul rebirth is exploited by many who, consciously or unconsciously, are willing to deceive themselves and even others.
Such a phenomenon has become so widespread that it makes sense to analyze it in more detail in order to reveal its roots and not cast a shadow on the very philosophical idea, which has deep meaning and the desire to improve human nature.
Travel (in the form of memories) to their past lives under hypnosis began to be in great demand. Experts called this phenomenon regression, which means orientation to the past. After the research carried out, the experts came to the conclusion that it is possible to evoke surprisingly accurate and partly very precisely provable information from the past life and past levels of existence. In a parapsychology textbook, Frau Mac Line recounts the following recollection of her last revival:

The poor have become close to me. I was willing to be in their company and wanted to help them. I faced the decision to muster up the courage and do something to make their life easier. And she wanted to consult with a man who had great influence at court. His rank remained unclear to me. I only knew that he was my current father. He listened sympathetically to me, but saw no reason to risk his position by creating unrest.
He said that this is the fate of the poor, and it is a crime to interfere with the karmic fate of other people. His advisor was the soul of my present mother.
I began to understand how complex our karmic connections are. When I turned to her, she told me that this is the work of Satan, when the royal family interferes with the karma of the poor.
I was tormented by remorse. Thanks to my Russian orthodox upbringing, I believed in the opposite of good and evil and was sure that Satan is among us like a wolf in sheep's clothing. If we do not believe in Satan, then it was he who tempted us not to recognize him.
I was at a loss and unable to do anything. I wanted to help people, but I was afraid to fall out of favor with the royal family. The man who asked me for help lost all courage when he saw my cowardice.
An epidemic has hit the village. I was so scared by this that the news paralyzed me. Entire families died out until the village was completely deserted.
The man could not understand my lack of civic courage. In the name of those whom I refused to help, he vowed to take revenge on me. He knew the principles of karmic determination when he took this oath. It didn't matter if this revenge would overtake me in that life or in the next one.
How do experts assess this kind of memories of previous lives? They unequivocally believe that we are not talking about actual past lives. There may be something that - a person connects to information from the information field. However, such a connection occurs selectively, it depends on the inner baggage of a given person, his intellectual level, his worries and worries, his desires and dreams. All this together determines the vision that a given person reports.
