Egypt is an ancient state, one of the first civilizations on the planet. Many discoveries of medicine, technology, astronomy, etc. were made by the Egyptians before our era. Maybe you shouldn't take the texts of the manuscripts literally, but you need to look for the hidden meaning? Which, and will give mankind answers to all exciting questions, because, oddly enough, ancient civilizations had a store of knowledge much more than us, but by chance, or deliberately, this knowledge was lost.
