When it comes to maniacs, everyone immediately remembers Chikotilo. Undoubtedly, this character deserves attention, but this time we will talk about other personalities. In recent decades, many cruel maniacs “worked” in the vastness of Russia, whose hands were covered in blood to the elbows, but for some reason they are rarely remembered.

This maniac was also known under the nickname "Director", he was also called the nightmare of young aspiring actresses. This criminal began his activity in 1988. As you might guess, he introduced himself to the young girls as a famous director and lured them to him. Hasratyan's goal was sexual crimes, meanwhile, he also killed men in order to cover their tracks. The court proved that "The Director" raped 43 girls, he killed seven. However, the real numbers are probably worse. In order not to draw attention to himself, he used different methods each time, confusing the police so that no one would guess that the killer was the same person.

Hasratyan was distinguished by excellent knowledge in psychology. In addition, he had fake filmmakers' documents and awards. All this helped him to easily lure gullible girls into his den. There he beat his victims, drugged and used as a sex doll for several days. Those who survived the executions testified against the culprit.

The maniac was detained quickly, already in 1990 the "Director" was behind bars. In 1992, he was shot.

Maniac killer, cruel sadist and child rapist. For many years he kept the city of Nevinnomyssk at bay. In the eighties, boys of eight or eleven years old began to disappear from the city without a trace. The police did their best, but could not get on the trail of the killer. At the same time, Slivko was an exemplary family man and the head of the Chergid tourist organization.

As a child, Anatoly Slivko witnessed a terrible accident, during which a bus crashed into a column of pioneers, many of them burned alive in the heat of burning gasoline. At that moment, he experienced sexual arousal, and this picture haunted him all his life. As the head of a tourism organization, he dreamed of re-creating this gruesome scenario over and over again. He made boys play the roles of those burnt out pioneers. Then he became bored of just watching and killing, he raped the victims, and then dismembered them. He burned the remains in the local forest. He lured all his victims with cunning. The killer told the boys that they could become the heroes of the film about how the Nazis mocked children, the children believed and followed all the orders of the maniac.

The maniac was detained in 1987. Interestingly, even after he was sentenced to death, he surprised everyone around him with his goodwill. He, like Hannibal Lector, enjoyed communicating with the police and helped to catch and identify other serial killers.

The future criminal grew up as a quiet and shy outsider who was wary of everyone around him. At the same time, with his predatory look, he made everyone around him nervous. During his school years, he suffered from a rare mental illness - enuresis. He was afraid that everyone around him could smell his urine. As a teenager, while masturbating, he fantasized about torturing and killing classmates. At the age of twelve, Golovkin brought home a cat, hung it up and cut off its head. But he began a big hunt for people when he was not yet eighteen.

From 1987 to 1993, Golovkin killed and raped eleven girls. After violent sexual acts, the maniac strangled the victims, and then dismembered, in the style of the most disgusting horror films. He cut out the genitals and chest, head, cut the abdominal cavity, removed the insides. From each victim, he left one of the organs as a keepsake. There were also attempts to eat human meat, but Golovkin did not like the taste.

The killer was arrested in January 1993. In the basement of his house, the police found the remains of several victims, as well as instruments of torture. The maniac confessed to eleven murders, telling investigators about all the details. The police recalled that during the investigative actions he behaved calmly and often joked. In 1996, Golovkin was executed.

In 1995, people started to disappear in Rostov-on-Don again. Mukhankin killed twelve people within two months. This maniac was distinguished by an unhealthy passion for the internal human organs, to the extent that he slept with them in bed. Mukhankin was detained by accident when he tried to attack a woman with her daughter. The patrolmen noticed this and detained the attacker.

During the investigative actions, Vladimir Mukhatkin behaved defiantly, did not repent of the murders, called himself Chikatilo's disciple and the devil in the flesh. At the same time, he constantly said that Chikatilo compared to him is a chicken. During interrogations, he always tried to persuade law enforcement officers to think about his insanity. Meanwhile, the forensic examination found him mentally normal. At the trial, Mukhankin retracted all his testimony. However, the court sentenced him to death, which, after a moratorium on the death penalty in 1996, was changed to life imprisonment. The killer is now being held at the Black Dolphin.

Vasily Kulik, better known by the nickname "Irkutsk Monster", was a famous Soviet serial killer of the late 1980s. He killed with only one purpose - to hide the rape. Subsequently, he admitted that he experienced the strongest sexual pleasure during the murders.

From early childhood, Vasily felt the connection between violence and sex. Vasily grew up a nice guy and girlfriends in adolescence, he had enough. But ordinary sexual relations did not excite the guy. From 1985 to 1987, Kulik raped and killed fifteen girls. He committed murders in different ways: he used firearms, strangled, killed with a knife or simply beaten to death. The youngest victim of the maniac was only two years old.

During another attack, in January 1987, Kulik was beaten and taken to the police by bystanders. In the police, the criminal confessed to the crimes he had committed, but at the trial he retracted all his testimonies. However, his guilt has been fully proven. On the day of his thirtieth birthday, August 11, 1988, the offender was sentenced to capital punishment - execution.
