Beginning: "Aircraft in the Vedas".

Continuation: "Attack of the Gods. Aircraft and Nuclear Weapons in Ancient India".

“The king had five sons, whose strength and valor were unmatched. These brave princes became the rulers of five states with capitals named after them. Subsequently, the descendants of King Vasu founded dynasties, each of which had a long history. In the meantime, their father, King Vasu, was traveling all over the place in his divine celestial ship, presented to him by Lord Indra. Traveling from planet to planet, he met beautiful Gandharvas and charming apsaras on his way, who approached him and fulfilled his wishes. " "Mahabharata"

Much of what I have already told about the amazing information contained in ancient Indian texts concerning aircraft and weapons, which are terrible in destructive power, which were used in wars between gods and demons, as well as their human descendants, may seem incredible to you, because such power not even the armies of the modern industrial powers possess! And the latest advances in military science - stealth aircraft, vacuum bombs, geomagnetic and weather weapons - are still only vaguely reminiscent of the weapons of our distant ancestors. But according to all the canons of modern science 15 or 25 thousand years ago, only a society of primitive hunters and gatherers using stone tools existed on Earth, and this time was called the Late Paleolithic or the Early Stone Age …

Planes and nuclear bombs from primitive savages who did not know metal? Where did they get them, and why? How could they use them? Against whom were the weapons used to destroy entire nations? - after all, then there were no states and cities on Earth!.. Against the same hunters and gatherers, like them, who lived in a nearby cave? These questions sound kind of ridiculous.

It is much easier to imagine that at the time when flying machines were used and destructive weapons were used, there were simply no savages. Perhaps they lived somewhere - in forests, caves. But in the society of that time, they were assigned a secondary and inconspicuous role. And the people who had achieved the highest scientific and technological progress, who built big cities and created powerful states, ruled the "ball". Being at a higher level of development than our society, they used aircraft, waged fierce wars with each other and plowed the vastness of the universe, sending spaceships to other planets and even to other galaxies.

***

Surely some of the readers will call all this nonsense. Well, everyone is entitled to their point of view. A couple of years ago, too, much of what I told you and what else I just want to share seemed incredible. But time passes, new data appear, and our worldview changes in accordance with this. And even now the question for me is not fiction or true, because I understood long ago that everything stated in Indian legends is a reflection of the events that actually took place on Earth. Although strongly modified, distorted, but still a reflection. Even though veiled by many generations of storytellers and scribes, sometimes unconsciously, because the ancient chroniclers could not otherwise convey what they had never seen and never touched, sometimes deliberately, for the sake of the customs of the era in which they lived,or in order to hide the grains of the most valuable knowledge from the uninitiated.

Promotional video:

During the time that has passed since the writing of the first article about aircraft, I have studied a large number of new publications and primary sources. In the process of examining them, extraordinary pictures appeared in my mind's eye. They represented the former inhabitants of our planet, who sometimes looked alike, and sometimes did not at all look like people. I traveled through the mysterious Hyperborea and walked through the city of the gods - Amaravati, saw air fleets from light aircraft operated by Gandharvas and Apsaras, and Indra himself showed me the weapons of the gods to his son Arjuna.

At distant Kailash in the city of Alak, I visited the one-eyed giant, the three-legged god of wealth, Kubera, and saw his formidable guard of giants Yakshas, multi-armed Rakshasas and Nairrites, who guarded the approaches to the treasures hidden in the dungeons.

I was on the battlefields, where the gods and demons fought first, and then their human descendants - the Pandavas and Kauravas. I still see mountains of mutilated corpses and a scorched earth, scorched by the heat of the weapons of the gods, on which nothing has grown for many centuries. Even now, before my eyes, there are ominous visions of cracks in the earth's crust and gaping chasms filled with seething magma, earth trembling underfoot and crumbling mountains, and then a huge wave that crumbled and washed away everything around, leaving behind only a dead lifeless desert.

After the devastation on Earth, nothing remained of the former powerful civilizations: earthquakes, lava flows, a giant wave that circled the globe several times, huge glaciers mercilessly destroyed everything that is called the cultural layer. Only earlier deposits remained, in which the remains of hunters and gatherers who lived before the era of progress, who had so much confused our history and who again entered the historical arena, were preserved after the last grand cataclysm that occurred, according to the most frequent dates, about 12 thousand years ago.

This short introduction to the article was not written by chance. My goal is to make you understand that this time I will not express my surprise at where such unusual knowledge from ancient people came from. As a little three-year-old man would say about this, “from there”. Yes, exactly from there - from the world in which they lived, which was destroyed and perished during a global catastrophe. But knowledge - the echoes of that distant time by some miracle survived. Perhaps, ancient manuscripts have been preserved in underground shelters, as Plato wrote about. Probably, together with them, some eyewitnesses of the events of that distant time were able to survive the catastrophe. Ancient knowledge has come down to us in the form of numerous legends about flying vehicles, about destroying all living weapons, about the wanderings of demigods and mortals through star systems. So let's just seewhat the most ancient books on Earth tell us, many of which were written long before the time of Plato and Julius Caesar, and no one doubts their authenticity.

The conquest of the Earth by aliens from Space

Ancient Indian texts are full of references to distant worlds, stars, planets, flying cities crossing the expanses of the Universe, celestial chariots and carriages, covering great distances at the speed of thought. Half of the human race in them generally traces its ancestry from aliens from the Cosmos - Adityas, Gandharvas, and others, who in Indian legends are called gods and demigods and Daityas with Danavas, who belong to demons. Both those and others in appearance differed little from people, although, apparently, they were taller.

This is how the conquest of the Earth by Adityas, Daityas and Danavas is described in the first book of the Mahabharata:

“The holy sages describe what happened this way. Once the divine tribe of Adityas, who ruled the Universe, were at enmity with their cousins-demons, Daityas, and once … the Adityas inflicted complete defeat on them …

Leaving their combat positions on the higher planets, … the daityas … decided that they would first be born on a small planet Earth … and so effortlessly subjugate our tiny planet to their power. Becoming the masters of the Earth, they intended to challenge the divine adityas and thus enslave the Universe.

… Daityas … entered the bosom of earthly queens and … were born among the members of royal families. With age, the Daityas began to manifest themselves as powerful and proud monarchs …

… Their number in this world has increased so much that … The Earth could not bear the burden of their presence. But, despite this, they continued to flood the land, and they became more and more."

To save our planet from the invasion of Daityas with Danavas “Lord Indra and other demigods decided to descend to earth … The celestials began to descend to earth in a continuous succession … in a serpentine guise and various other creatures that devoured people alive."

As you might guess, Daityas, Danavas and Adityas flew to Earth from some other inhabited planets, and possibly from other star systems. Most likely, they used spaceships for their movement in Space, which they delivered to Earth in large numbers. Such ships performed various functions: from intergalactic flights to flights in the Earth's atmosphere.

Flying cities of gods and demons

Indian legends have brought to us the names of two prominent spacecraft designers. They were the skillful Danav artist and architect Maya Danava and the architect of the gods Vishvakarman.

Maya Danava was considered the teacher of all Mayavas who were capable of invoking sorcerous powers.

Flying cities were considered the main creation of Maya Danava. According to the Mahabharata, Srimad-Bhagavatam, Vishnu-parva and other ancient Indian texts, he built many splendidly decorated cities, in which there was everything for long-term residence of people (or demons). The third book of the Mahabharata, for example, speaks of the flying city of Hiranyapura. This city, soaring in the sky, was seen by the descendant of the Adityas, the son of the god Indra Arjuna, when he traveled in an air chariot through the heavenly regions after the great victory over the inhabitants of the depths of the sea, the Nivatakavachas.

Arjuna said:

“On the way back, I saw a huge and amazing city, capable of moving anywhere … Four entrances with watchtowers over the gates led this wonderful, inaccessible miracle [city]…”.

On this journey, Arjuna was accompanied by a Gandharva pilot named Matali, whom he asked what this miracle was. Matali replied:

“In this marvelous, floating in the air [city] … the Danavs live - Paulom and Kalakei. This great city is called Hiranyapura, and it is guarded by powerful demons - the sons of Puloma and Kalaki. And they live here … in eternal joy, without anxiety …, and the gods are not able to destroy them."

The great city of Hiranyapura could move freely in the sky and in outer space, float on water, dive under water and even underground.

Another creation of Maya Danava was the iron flying city of Saubha (Skt. Saubha - "prosperity", "happiness"), presented to the king of the Daityas, Salva. According to the Bhagavata Purana, "this unapproachable ship … could fly anywhere." Neither aditya devas, nor demons, nor people could destroy it. He could influence the weather and create tornadoes, lightning, become visible and invisible, move through the air and under water. Sometimes it seemed that many ships appeared in the sky, and sometimes not a single one was visible. Saubha was seen now on the ground, now in the sky, now landing on the top of a mountain, now floating on the water. This amazing ship flew across the sky like a fiery whirlwind, not for a moment remaining motionless.

A similar flying ship-city Vaihayasa (Skt. Vaihayasa - "in the open air"), presented to the commander-in-chief Bali Maharaja, the son of the Daitya king Virochana, is mentioned in the eighth canto of Srimad-Bhagavatam:

“This splendidly decorated ship was built by the demon Maya and is equipped with weapons suitable for any battle. It was impossible to imagine and describe it. For example, he was sometimes visible, and sometimes invisible …, like a moon rising from the horizon, illuminating everything around."

In the "Shiva Purana" Maya Danava is credited with the authorship of the creation of three "flying cities" intended for the sons of the king of the Daityas or Danavas, Taraka:

“Then the extremely wise and skillful Maya … built cities: gold for Tarakashi, silver for Kamalaksha and steel for Vidyumali. These three excellent, fortress-like cities regularly served in heaven and on earth … So, entering the three cities, the sons of Taraka, mighty and valiant, enjoyed all the joys of life. There were many kalpa trees growing there. There were elephants and horses in abundance. There were many palaces … Air chariots shining like a solar disk … moving in all directions and like moons, illuminated the city."

Another "great architect of the Universe" and the builder of flying ships, the architect and designer of the gods (adityas) Vishvakarman (Skt. Vicvakarman - "all-creating") is credited with the construction of a flying ship donated by Indra to Arjuna:

“The chariot was supplied with all the necessary equipment. Neither gods nor demons could defeat her, she emitted light and made a low rumbling noise. Her beauty captivated the hearts of everyone who saw her. This chariot … was built by the divine architect Vishvakarma; and its outline was as hard to distinguish as the outline of the sun. On this chariot …, shining brightly with its splendor, Soma defeated the wicked Danavas "(" Adiparva ").

Another creation of Vishvakarman is a huge flying chariot Pushpaka (Skt. Puspaka - "blossoming"), which consistently belonged to the serpentine god of wealth and treasures Kubera, the leader of the Rakshasas Ravana and the earthly incarnation of the god Vishnu - Rama.

Visvakarman also appears to have built large "flying public houses" from which the adityas exercised their control. From them they also watched the course of battles. For example, here is an excerpt from the "Mahabharata", which tells about the airy palace for meetings of Shakra (Indra):

“The majestic and luxurious palace of Shakra, which he conquered with his exploits, he built for himself … with the splendor and splendor of fire. It stretched one hundred yojanas in width and one hundred and fifty yojanas in length, airy, moving freely and rising five yojanas. Dispelling old age, sorrow and fatigue, free from disease, auspicious, beautiful, with many rooms, bedrooms and places to rest, lively and decorated with magnificent trees growing everywhere in this estate … where the Lord of the Gods sat with Sachi (the wife of the god Indra) …

And here is the description of the air palace of the god Yama in the Bhagavata Purana:

"This beautiful palace, which could move at will, was never crowded - Vishvakarma built it … and this palace was illuminated by its own radiance, like fire …."

I will conclude with a description of another flying palace from the Srimad Bhagavatam, which "appeared" to the sage Kardama Muni:

“Sage Kardama… summoned a flying palace that could move at his will.

It was a wonderful structure … capable of fulfilling any desires. It was furnished with all kinds of furniture, and the further it went, the more its luxury grew by itself …

Here and there were seen numerous live swans and doves, as well as artificial swans and doves … the whole palace rang with the cries of these birds.

The castle had amusement gardens, lounges, bedrooms, and exterior and interior courtyards to please the eye. All this made the sage himself amazed."

Celestial chariots - the main means of transportation in the prehistoric era

In addition to the described and others similar to them, large spaceships and interplanetary stations (I'm not afraid to call the flying cities of gods and demons, which were mentioned above), there were celestial chariots and smaller air crews. Judging by the numerous episodes from the Mahabharata, Bhagavata Purana, Shiva Purana and other ancient Indian texts, there were a lot of both in the old days.

To confirm this, I will cite two passages from the Mahabharata:

"… Matali pierced the firmament [and found himself] in the world of the wise.

He showed me … [other] air chariots …

In a chariot harnessed with bullocks, we ascended higher and higher …

… Then the self-propelled worlds, the worlds of divine rishis

[we drove by]

Gandharvas, apsaras, gods, magnificent lands ….

“At this very time …

A mighty sound arose, from the inhabitants of heaven [it came], from the firmament …

Raju of the gods [Indra], the conqueror of enemies, on the shining sun

air chariots

Many Gandharvas and Apsaras accompanied from all directions."

About the same accumulation of air chariots is mentioned in the above-mentioned fragments from the 8th century Jain text "Mahavira Bhavabhuti", collected from more ancient texts and traditions, and "Bhagavata Purana":

“The air chariot, Pushpaka, carries many people to the capital of Ayodhya. The sky is full of huge flying machines, black as night, but strewn with yellowish lights …”.

"… O unborn, O blue-necked [Shiva] … Look at the sky, which has become so beautiful, because there are rows of white, like swans, air ships floating on it …".

To the stars. Space flights of gods and mortals

In the "Mahabharata", "Srimad Bhagavatam", "Vishnu Purana" and other ancient Indian texts, space travels on air ships are repeatedly described by gods, demons, heroes and various mythical creatures:

“I was a famous vidyadhara named Sudarsana. I was very rich and handsome and flew everywhere in my airship …”.

Image
Image

"Citraketu, the lord of the Vidyadharas, set off on a journey across the vast expanses of the Universe … on his dazzlingly shining airship …"

“Rushing through space, Maharaja Dhurva saw one after another all the planets of the solar system and saw on his way the demigods on celestial chariots …

So Maharaja Dhurva passed the seven planetary systems of great sages known as saptarishis …”.

“A descendant of the Kuru dynasty, King Vasu could travel outside the Earth in the upper regions of our Universe, and therefore in those distant times he became famous under the name Upari-chara,“Wandering in the Higher Worlds”.

Unlike the vidyadharas, the siddhis could travel in space without the aid of flying machines.

And here is how Vasu got his aircraft from Indra:

"I [Indra] reward you with the rarest gift - to know about everything that happens within this universe. I also grant you a crystal heavenly ship - the delight of the gods. This amazing ship is already on its way to you, and soon you, the only one among mortals, will step on board. So, like one of the gods, you will travel among the higher planets of this universe."

Arjuna - also flew through Space in an air chariot given to him by Indra:

“And on this sun-like, miraculous divine chariot, the wise descendant of Kuru flew up. Becoming invisible to mortals walking on earth, he saw thousands of wonderful air chariots. There was no light, no sun, no moon, no fire, but they shone with their own light, acquired through their merits. Because of the distance, the light of the stars is seen as a tiny lamp flame, but in reality they are very large. Pandava [Arjuna] saw them bright and beautiful, shining with the light of their own fire … ".

Another traveler in the universe was the sage Kardama Muni.

Having married the daughter of King Svayambhuva Manu - Devahuti, and having received a "wonderful flying palace", he and his wife set off on a journey through various planetary systems:

“So he traveled from one planet to another, like the wind that blows everywhere, without encountering obstacles. Moving through the air in his magnificent, radiant air castle, which flew, obedient to his will, he surpassed even the demigods …”.

The horses of the Gandharvas and the roads of the Siddhas. Principles of travel in the universe

In addition to flying cities and celestial chariots, which most likely represented spaceships, interplanetary stations and flying vehicles, horses of a special breed, "bred by Gandharvas", deserve special mention. This is how they are described in the Mahabharata:

“The horses of the gods and Gandharvas exude a heavenly fragrance and can gallop with the quickness of thought. Even when their powers are depleted, they still do not slow down …. The horses of the Gandharvas can change colors at will and race at any speed they want. It is enough just to mentally wish that they immediately appear before you, ready to fulfill your will. These horses are always ready to fulfill your desires."

Richard L. Thompson in his book Aliens. A look from time immemorial”showed that these are some“mystical horses”, the properties of which are based on the laws governing subtle material energies. These laws were well known to scientists of antiquity, but modern specialists know almost nothing about them. After analyzing the ancient Indian primary sources, Thompson came to the conclusion that the horses of the Gandharvas "rode" along certain "roads" called the "roads of the Siddhas", "the roads of the stars" and "the paths of the gods." The fact that they could travel great distances in a short time was due to the fact that the roads of the Siddhas also obeyed the laws governing subtle energies, and not the laws governing ordinary, gross matter.

On the same roads, according to R. L. Thompson, could (and now can!) Be transferred and a gross human body, subject to mystical forces - siddhas, called prapti and mano-java. According to the "Mahabharata" and other ancient Indian texts, these forces were perfectly mastered by the inhabitants of the planetary systems Siddhaloka - siddhi. Therefore, they could move freely in space without flying machines.

According to what laws did the "flight" of "horses", chariots and people take place along the roads of the Siddhas? According to the laws governing subtle material energies. These laws could force gross matter (such as the human body) to act in violation of the ordinary laws of physics.

In other words, there was a "dematerialization" of the gross human body, machines and mechanisms and their "reassembly" in other parts of the Universe. Such travels, apparently, could take place only in certain stellar corridors, tunnels, or, as we called them at the beginning, - roads, within which space and time were, as it were, "folded". But this is a topic for another serious conversation.

Map of the paths of the gods

Based on the analysis of the text of Vishnu Purana, R. Thompson established which road Arjuna was driving. Here is an excerpt from his book “Aliens. A look from the depths of the centuries :

“The Vishnu Purana says that the Path of the Gods (deva-yana) lies north of the orbit of the sun (ecliptic), north of Nagavitha (nakshatras of Ashvini, Bharani and Kritika) and south of the stars of the seven rishis. Ashvini and Bharani are constellations in Aries, north of the ecliptic, and Krittika is a constellation adjacent to the constellation Taurus, known as the Pleiades. Ashvini, Bharani and Krittika belong to a group of twenty-eight constellations called nakshatras in Sanskrit. The seven rishis are the stars of the Bucket in the Big Dipper. From this information, we can form a general idea of the Path of the Gods as a road stretching through the stars in the northern celestial hemisphere.

Another important heavenly road is the Path of the Pitas (or Pitra-yana). According to the Vishnu Purana, this road runs north of the Agastya star and south of Ajavithha (three nakshatras of Mula, Purvashadha and Uttarashadha), without crossing the path of Vaisvanara. The region of pits, or Pitraloka, in Vedic literature is called the abode of Yama, the deity who imposes punishments on sinful human beings … This region, as well as the hellish planets, are located, as the Bhagavata Purana says, in the southern side of the universe, south of Bhu- mandala, planetary system, which includes the Earth.

The nakshatras Mula, Purvashadha and Uttarashadha partly correspond to the constellations of Scorpio and Sagittarius, and Agastya is believed to be a star called Kanopis. Thus, according to the descriptions in Vishnu Purana, we can imagine where Pitraloka and the road leading to it are, using the familiar celestial landmarks."
